Hands down the best I've experienced in the business! As a homeowner and real estate investor for over 20 years I've dealt with the plumbing trade routinely. My most recent issue came about as there was definitely something blocking my sewer line. Having a household with 4 people this can prove to, not only be inconvenient, but extremely devastating to daily life. Any amount of water from flushing the toilet, showering, laundry or dishes would almost immediately result in a backup of water flowing into the 1st floor tub and/or from the toilet. I had a company company come out for 20 minutes only to tell me that the rod would not move beyond 5 feet from my clean out and my sewer pipe had collapsed. They quoted me roughly $3K and 2-3 days in labor for excavation with a section of pipe replacement. John and Harold came out and got straight to work, were courteous, followed Covid guidelines, and in less than 2 hours had cleared my sewer line all the way to the main with cleanup! This is what I call "putting in the work" and going above and beyond the call of duty! My family and I could not have been happier with the results. The price I was charged was beyond reasonable and a small fraction of the original quote. I highly recommend CA Brown if you ever need a plumber.

I reached out to CA Brown Jr and, although he was very busy, he arranged to come by and fix the problem after regular working hours. He is professional and a master of his craft. I would highly recommend him.

Incredibly responsive and respectful. He figured out what the problem was right away (needed water heater gas valve replaced) and acted with urgency to get it taken care of. I'm so grateful. I wish I had called him first. I know who to call next time.

I am remiss in not writing this recommendation sooner. I apologize for that. I will not apologize for highly recommending C. A. Brown and his crew. I had a major water leak problem in the sidewalk which runs in front of my building; and which I fought over with the City of Chicago for over three weeks. After losing the battle over whom had to pay, I immediately contacted C. A. Brown. C. A. obtained a work permit by the end of the next day; and I had six men hand-digging out old lead pipe and replacing it with new copper pipe until 11 p.m. that same night! Impressive commitment in getting a much-needed job done-- would be an understatement. Thanks again C. A. Brown!

I called company 9am, I was told on a job call back 10;30am, I did. Was told still on job call back at 1PM, I did. The person I assume was Mr. Brown requested the address and told me he should be here around 2PM. It was 3:30 when I called and cancel, I waited all day for nothing, such a shame.

Phenomenal! Same day service. Professional. Efficient. Replaced toilet, unclogged sink and tub at my grandmother's home. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

They responded quickly to my request and came out the same day. Worked quickly and efficiently, all for a reasonable rate. Will be my go-to for plumbing services!
