I learned of Edwin through a neighbor’s recommendation, and have been very happy with his work. We’ve now used him for several projects and he’s always been a professional, communicates well, performs quality work, cleans-up after he’s done, and provides a lot of value for his work. If you are looking for a competent and honest plumber, look no further. Edwin came to my house today to solve a big problem we'd been having, and he was excellent. In this case, "excellent" means: 1. He diagnosed and completely solved our issue, avoiding us having to spend thousands to tear up our floor. 2. The prices he quoted me (before he started working) were more than fair. He did a LOT of work, and spent a lot of time at our property. I feel absolutely fine with every penny we spent. 3. He was the third plumber to come to our house about this issue. The first was Baethke (I would suggest avoiding them at all costs, they'll charge you at least 3x what they should). The second is another reliable plumber who has done great work for us in the past, but didn't have the necessary tools to finish the job. He recommended Edwin to us to take the job to the finish line. Edwin did the rest of the work, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. 4. Edwin could have told me that more work was necessary, and I would have absolutely believed him. It's very clear that he is not trying to extract every dollar he can out of you. My strong impression was that he just wants to do a good job, and fix your plumbing problems. Edwin, thank you again for your help. You've earned a loyal customer, and will absolutely be receiving our future business.

Always pleased with the work Edwin does. Today is the second time I’ve called him to help me out. Once was a clog issue a year ago. No problems since. Today, was a leaky pipe leading from my garage disposal. He did the work in mimutes to fix and now I’m enjoying my kitchen once again. Highly recommend Edwin and Chicagoland Quality Plumbing!

I had Edwin out to my house on 8/2/24 . Arrived promptly for the agreed time. Had an issue with my disposal, he addressed the issue and fixed it in 15 mins. His professionalism goes way beyond his trade. I have used him for sink repairs and a new toilet in the past, 100% perfect. Definitely will use in the future.

With a house full of guests and family during a busy Thanksgiving weekend, my wife and I had both of our showers/tubs go out of commission. Based on the good reviews we called Edwin. He clearly and frequently communicated arrival time, showed up a couple short hours later, quickly found and fixed the problem, gave sound advice, and was more than fair.
