Direct Improvements

I recommend Direct Improvements highly. The receptionist, Amy, is very pleasant and always follows up in order to close the loop of communication. Aaron was my technician and he worked efficiently to diagnose my problem and have the right team member come out to rectify my issue. The service manager, TJ, explained all of the membership options and answered all of my questions. I have two units in my home and they even gave a discount for having multiple units! My experience with Direct Improvements has been great thus far and I look forward to working with the team in the future.

My heat went out right before it got cold. Direct Improvements came out quickly and got the job done. I am grateful to TJ and the work provided!

Great experience with DIRECT IMPROVEMENTS!! Their Technician Joshua was very Professional and Courteous and very Knowledgeable. He completely erased my worries and got my Heating System up and Running in no time... Previous Contractor messed things up pretty bad and we were force to vacate our home because of no heat...So Thanks again DIRECT IMPROVEMENTS...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED whenever you may need Heating or Cooling service!!!

My overall experience with Direct Improvements wasn't a bad one but I think some things very much need improvement, like communication skills, I understand this isn't a large company but maybe they could create a small space inside the company to keep certain parts just in case they're not available at the supplier? There's always room for improvement.

I've had a lot of service visits over the years that were dispatched by my home warranty company, but the technician today, Joshua from Direct Improvements, was far and away the best experience I've had to date. The technician was super friendly and professional, explained what he was doing along the way, asked my preferences before doing certain things, and ultimately resolved my issue in under an hour. Will be my first phone call next time I need HVAC service.

For a couple of weeks I had an issue with my furnace, TJ owner of Direct Improvements sent his technician Aaron out, they replaced a part but unfortunately that wasn't the problem we thought, so TJ assured me they were going to find the issue and would fix the problem and didn't give up until they (Charles) the technician found it.So I highly recommend Direct Improvements you can depend on them and with a pleasant attitude . TJ and his technicians are very nice. GOD bless!

Great service, the technician was on time and very thorough in assessing my problems. The follow up call was very detailed and informative. They gave me multiple ways to fix my issues even if I decided not to go with them. I will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs
