Our house smelled off and found out our stack vent pipe was cracked. Was referred by friends to Doc Mechanical and are so glad we were! Eddie came out right away to assess the situation gave a quote, and offered to fix the issue right away. At first we planned for a more extensive repair, but when he arrived, he recommended a less expensive and more practical repair (that would not involve tearing apart our kitchen). His insights saved us time, money, and a huge headache! This fix was done that day, and he and his colleague were so kind and thoughtful. In total, they are thoughtful, consumer-conscious, and kind. Would highlight recommendation!!

Emailed Doc Mechanical and got an immediate response from Mary Kate. Needed them to fix some band-aid kitchen sink plumbing I did myself a few years back. They were able to come out the next day and were gracious, professional, and cleanly. Will definitely have them back for any future plumbing concerns and would highly recommend them.
