First Chicago Plumbing was courteous and on time. I love their appointment reminders via text, which let you know when the technician was on his way. They fixed our kitchen sink drainage issue quickly and without any mess. It’s so hard to find a good plumber nowadays. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Very positive experience with First Chicago Plumbing to replace outside drain. I shared with them bid specs from another company - and they beat the price significantly. They were able to come out within a day and completed work. Chris and his team were careful, courteous and did a great job explaining. Even invoicing went smoothly. All around, I've got nothing but good to say regarding using First Chicago Plumbing.

I have used this company many times and you can't put a price tag on trust. They are excellent communicators. They go up and beyond with their communication and professionalism. Every person they have ever sent out is extremely knowledgeable and has completed the job efficiently. They are my first call every time. They have done everything from a complete remodel to routing out the toughest clogged drains.

Not a great experience. I called them because there was a leak in my basement anvto unclog a couple drains. They didn't bring the equipment needed to snake the main line, they said the leak was just the city water backing up, but then the leak happened again a few weeks later. And my bathtub drain is already clogged less than a month after they snaked it, and they won't cover the cost to snake it again/investigate if it's anything else. I'm not giving them 1 star, because there's a chance all this is outside their control. But they came to do 2 things, and neither of them worked. Hard to trust them now.
