The installers did a great job. It was a big job. Took 10.5 hours. (I would have thought the company would have planned better their arrival, they arrived at 11 am. They finished at 9:30 pm). I liked how they split up, one took care of replacing the old AC unit while the other did the same with the heater. Then they finished together. The heater is working great! Love the warranty!

The service from four seasons was more than I expected. The arrival time of the worker was on time and he was very respectful and professional. He always let me know when he was exiting and entering my house to retrieve tools. I felt that he didn't rush the job, making sure it was done accurately.

The technician Ravon and his assistant were very professional and friendly to deal with! They prepare the area to reduce as much of their footprint as possible from entering the house and explain things in reasonable detail . We like our new boiler unit. It's real efficient. The only issue was a leak in the line leading to one radiator in the front of the house, where a relief valve had to be installed. It was handled by another technician who promptly came the next day, bled the system and took care of the drip issue.

My technician Juan was a blessing. It seems that when the boiler was installed there was a blockage that wasn’t taken care of. Juan removed the blockage and my boiler is working great. He checked everything twice before leaving. When I need service again I want Juan to come. He is great. Thank you Juan have a happy new year

Do NOT use Four Seasons, EVER. We used FS in July '24 to replace our A/C, which wasn't the best experience, but not terrible. Despite our weariness, in Dec ‘24, we used FS to replace our furnace/water heater. The installation team arrived @ 10:30am on a Friday to start the job. They were in our laundry room working for 13 hours without an update, and left a massive, too heavy for me to move, box with old parts in the middle of our kitchen blocking our access to the fridge almost the entire day. At 6pm, our downstairs neighbor came up saying her furnace tray filled w/ water directly below ours. This was 1hr after the workers drained our old water heater. We asked the installation team why that happened and they said it wasn’t their fault, there was no water on the ground, and there was nothing they could do. After pressing, he said he would call his supervisor for advice, and he never did. At 9pm, they began to leave but told me they forgot a part and needed to come back the next day. We had plans, so I asked how long it would take; he said 1hr and we scheduled their return. After they left, we found a HUGE mess. Our floor was covered in sharp nails, shards of metal, and piles of dirt (they didn’t put anything down to protect our floors). They scratched the heck out of our walls, cracked one of our floor tiles, and left 4 large scratches on the front of our new brand new washing machine. Needless to say, we were furious. The next AM, my neighbor sent me a video of her furnace making a concerning sound after flooding. The techs arrived and I informed them what my neighbor said. They said they’d look at it when they were done. 2.5 hours into the job on Saturday, I knocked on the door and asked if they had an ETA. The lead tech said, “we’re finishing right now”. 45 minutes pass, and they haven’t finished. I knocked and asked for an update as they said 45 mins ago they were done. He said they were making sure nothing was leaking, and started collecting their tools to leave very quickly. The tech was halfway out the door when I asked if he was going to look at my neighbors furnace like he said he would. He looked at me with confusion and said “I don’t know how that’s our problem..” After pressing he said he was only an installer but could submit a ticket. He did look at it and said he would send it in. The next day, Sunday, my neighbor said someone from FS was coming to look at her furnace and asked if I could be present. When the tech came, he took pictures but said he wasn’t able to make any repairs? I get a call from FS 2 days later following up on my neighbors claim. On this phone call, I also outlined my horrible experience, and told them I don’t believe it was installed correctly, as the team was supposedly making sure nothing was leaking when I knocked the second time for an update and basically bolted when I said I was getting frustrated. They were either intentionally wasting my time or they didn’t complete the job and I wanted someone to do a QC check. A tech came out a 3rd time for a QC check (4th if you include my neighbors), and discovered our new air purification device had a broken bulb. They needed to order a new one and come back again to install it. On their 4th trip, the tech repaired the bulb, and everything seemed to be working fine. I spoke with another CS agent to recap the damage they did, and was told that I needed to determine how much money was done in damages. I emailed that information to CS. Someone followed up and told me they needed written proposals. I expressed my frustration as that was not made clear to me. I had already spent hours trying to track down prices from the correct vendors for labor and specific parts. I am now trying to collect all that info again, so we can finally put this issue to rest soon. We're normally very understanding customers and know employees are typically just doing their best. With this many issues with the job, CS, and the amount of time I’ve spent seeking resolution, we are fed up. This has been so frustrating and it seems to be never ending.

The technician did a wonderful job cleaning my vents. My vents hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. He was thorough and answered any questions I had. He was friendly and had a good spirit-something you don’t always see. After the cleaning he showed how much dust/dirt had built up. I was shocked. He cleaned up well after finishing the job. No mess. The technician who serviced my furnace was knowledgeable as well. He explained what filters I should be using, the importance of regular scheduled maintenance and ran a check in my vents which led to me needing my vents cleaned. I can honestly say I’ve had a positive experience with four seasons. Thank you!

Well FS was quick for getting an appointment. I have always done all of my own handy man work but at my age sometimes you need a little help. The service man was nice and knowledgeable but was not sure how to fix my problem till I stated that he could just remove one long pipe and replace with a short pipe and elbow. He agreed and started to work. 30 minutes later he was done. The only problem I had was the $600 bill for 45 minutes of actual time spent. Getting old and having to pay for work I used to do myself is not easy to swallow at $600 for 45 minutes! I will continue to use FS but be aware of the cost of their service.

Update as of 12/17/24. I previously left a negative review regarding an issue with an electrical panel installed by Four Seasons. Sharing an update to this review to reflect the company's commitment to resolution. After contacting Four Seasons, they took my concerns seriously and took action to address the issue thoroughly. Despite my having a third-party inspection, they did address the issue that same week. To my surprise, they went above and beyond by completely replacing the panel, exceeding my expectations. This totally demonstrates their commitment to the workmanship guarantee and their dedication to customer satisfaction. I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to rectifying the situation. Thank you Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning for your commitment to your customers! Beyond appreciative. Thank you! _________________ Workmanship/Warranty I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Four Seasons Heating and Cooling, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unsafe workmanship and refusal to honor their warranty. In December 2023, I hired Four Seasons to replace and upgrade my home's electrical panel to a 200-amp service. Initially, everything appeared fine. However, less than a year later, I discovered alarming soot and burn marks inside the panel. Concerned for my family's safety, I had a licensed electrician inspect it, only to learn that the issues likely stemmed from poor installation and loose connections—problems that pose a serious fire hazard. When I contacted Four Seasons to address the problem under their warranty, they outright refused to inspect or resolve the issue because I had a third-party professional inspect the panel to identify the cause. This excuse is both unethical and dangerous, as their refusal to stand by their work leaves me in a vulnerable and costly situation. Their lack of accountability and disregard for safety is unacceptable. I trusted Four Seasons to provide quality work, but instead, I am left with a hazardous electrical system and no support from the company that installed it. If you value your safety and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to think twice before hiring this company. I will be taking further action to report their deceptive practices to the relevant authorities and encourage anyone else with similar experiences to do the same. Protect yourself and your property—look elsewhere for a contractor you can trust.
