Overall, the service was great! Our plumber, Basi, was very knowledgeable and explained everything with great detail. He provided us with an on-the-spot estimate and excellent same day service. The job was done professionally and left us feeling at ease with our urgent need of a valve replacement. We would definitely recommend Goode Plumbing!

I had a great experience with Goode! Carly (spelling?) in the office was super helpful setting up service. And Kevin H, my plumber, was a really nice guy and did a fantastic job. I have a gas hookup opened up and connected to a new washer dryer. Work was quick and solid. Thanks again!

I usually don’t write reviews even if I am asked many times to do so. But I felt compelled to write about my experience with Goode Plumbing/Chip. I had a really great experience with Chip! As a female living alone, it is always a safety concern having a contractor come in. Chip came in the first day to see what my issues were. It was work that required a building water shut down so a plumber would have to come back a second day. I specifically requested that Chip come back. I felt safe with him and it was clear that he is very knowledgeable of the issues I had and could resolve any further issues that could come up. For the second day, building management had told me a few days prior that because I needed a water shutdown that the contractor had to arrive between 9 and 9:10. I was not aware of this and panicked and called Goode Plumbing. They assured me that I was at the top of the schedule that day. Chip arrived exactly at 9. Once Chip finished his work, we asked for water to be restored. That’s when I learned that another unit was also doing plumbing work and water could not be restored until that unit finished their work. Chip told me that he would not leave until the water was restored so that he could make sure that I did not have any leaks. It was over an hour before the other unit was done. I was very relieved that Chip stayed. I feel that he didn’t have to stay. He could have told me that his work is trustworthy and that there wouldn’t be any issues. My kitchen plumbing issues are something that I have been dealing with for over a year and has gotten worse the past few months. I am very happy that Chip had the experience and knowledge to fix it. Overall, Chip is very professional, personable and prompt. I will be using Goode Plumbing, specifically Chip, for all future plumbing issues. Honestly, whatever he is making, he should be paid much more! I have had my share of bad experiences with contractors to the point that I don’t have contractors come in unless absolutely necessary. Chip even makes the mediocre experiences seem bad. This is one of the few times that I have had a contractor leave and I know that my issues are not only fixed but that it will last.

We recently had Basi T. from Goode Plumbing come out to replace our ejector pump and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Basi was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and why. He also provided thoughtful recommendations regarding our sump pump, ensuring we understood our options for maintaining a properly functioning system. Chris was great in explaining the work and what needed to be done to keep things up to code! Very nice, clean, and organizeed work too! They were very careful with taking out the old water heater and avoiding any damage. They also took care of the excess items that were not needed!

I got a new hot water heater and drain installed. Workers were very professional and knowledgeable. They handled all challenges well, and did a fantastic clean-up job too. Plus they were friendly and pleasant! I was very pleased.
