Great to work with and super responsive. I had an issue with one water heater in my 4 unit and Jim was very responsive and answered my questions/helped me fix it with a simple fix over the phone before I was even a client. Then when it eventually fully gave out (it was old), he responded immediately again. I decided (not him upselling me) that it was prudent to just replace all 4 at once and he was extremely fair on pricing and got the work done quickly. Will be recommending.

I had some gas leak on pipe connections to water heater and the gas company disconnected the gas supply. Jim was recommended by another plumber because he told me that he does not do the gas piping when I contacted him. Jim is friendly, quick responses, punctual timing, great job quality, most most importantly, I believe everyone cares about this, the charge is soooooooo REASONABLE! Probably more reasonable than most of others if not the most reasonable one. Actually I had Four Season came in one day before and quoted a ridiculous price for the repair in the name of "following the code", meaning he wanted to add couple of more small jobs with much more money. And he did not want to do the reconnection job only! There are people like that, charge you around $100 for a quote, a small job with $ can be exaggerated to a $$$$ job, particularly when they see your gas supply disconnected, or your machines not working, etc. but trust me, Jim will never rip you off! He actually fixed more things when he was on the spot, which I did not tell him or was not aware of when l asked for a quote, without charging me extra. I really like him as a person, and as a professional. Trust me Jim is the ONE you should hire with full trust that you don't see very often in the market.

I called this company due to my water heater making a strange sound. I spoke with Jim, and he came to my condo to do an assessment. My tank was pretty old, and there was some visible leaking noted, so he recommended to replace it. Jim was very professional, punctual and competent. Just like that, I have a brand new hot water heater. I am so glad that I found this company. I would highly recommend, and I would definitely use this company again.

Jim was fantastic to work with! He helped us diagnose our water heater issue over the phone so he knew exactly what was wrong once he came out to fix it. He got the replacement gas valve through warranty the same day. Pricing was also very reasonable. We feel confident in calling him back if we ever have water heater issues in the future.

Jim and the team at Hot Water Heater Repair took the time to walk me through my options on whether to repair vs. replace the heater and then came and replaced it the next day. Great, efficient communication. Also came during the window they said they were going to, which was a huge plus! I can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend this service. Jim responded to my service inquiry very promptly when my water heater was having issues when other companies did not. He was very patient and available as we communicated by text to diagnose the issue the night before the appointment and settled on a price for repair, which was a highly efficient process in my opinion. So on the day of the appointment, there were no surprises. He arrived on time and finished the repair within the time that he said it would take. I can finally take a hot shower again!

Jim was incredibly responsive (even texted back in Christmas Eve), and prioritized our water heater when it died before our pre-arranged replacement date. He came next morning with everything he needed to replace our system and provided a thorough overview of managing it and taking care of it so it lasts as long as possible. We would definitely call him again for any water heater needs and trust his recommendations for other local contractors.

Excellent service! Was looking to replace my water heater before any problems started happening as it was 20+yrs old. Referred to HWHR by my plumber. Discussed with Jim the potential for a tankless system and due to structural restrictions, stuck with a tank system via a new, upgraded version of my Rheem. Jim was friendly, professional, & extremely efficient with regards to scheduling, communications, & installation. Appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions. He’s THE expert I’ll call if/when I need water heating work done.
