Their professionalism was top-notch and I can't recommend them enough... The quality of their work was outstanding and they were great people. My partner and I have been busily renovating our home for a considerable amount of time. It's been a labor of love, filled with lots of effort and dedication. The final piece of the puzzle to make our house truly habitable was to get our shower faucet operational. Melvin coordinated a follow-up visit with his manager, Ezra, assuring us that if anyone could resolve this issue, it would be Ezra. Ezra did mention the possibility of re-piping but committed to doing his best to avoid that. Cutting to the chase, Ezra successfully managed to rectify the issue without the need for extensive re-piping, for which we're immensely grateful! While their services might seem a bit expensive, they are transparent about it. Considering the urgency of our situation in Chicago, we were simply relieved to have the problem fixed.

I received an alert from my water provider that I had a significant leak causing excessive water use. I contacted the plumbing company immediately, and in less than an hour, Terrence and Brian showed up. I was clueless about the leak's location, so Terrence began with the toilets. He quickly found a leak in my guest bathroom. After replacing a few parts, the leak was no more - problem solved! In addition, my water shut-off valve in the garage was malfunctioning, but Terrence and Brian fixed that too. They were incredibly diligent and left both areas impeccably clean. Brian was the plumber dispatched by Luke's Rapid Plumbing and he did an exceptional job. The issue was with the faucet stem in the shower that had broken. I confess, I don't have any knowledge about plumbing, it might as well be rocket science to me. Melvin assisted us in selecting fixtures that were a perfect match. Upon Brian's arrival, he discovered the entire shower valve concealed in the wall required replacement. This didn't shock me, as we've replaced all the pipes in our house except for that hidden section in the wall. I would have rated the team a full 5 stars, but Melvin didn't inform us of the exact arrival time of the plumber. Fortunately, I happened to be home on that particular Friday afternoon when Brian arrived.

I've finally discovered a plumber, from Luke's Rapid Plumbing, who not only arrives on time but also does top-notch work, charges reasonably, and is so amiable that he feels like a member of the family! I enlisted the help of Terrence to improve a pipe for the installation of a sprinkler system. When an old town pipe, worn down from years of decay, suddenly ruptured, Terrence remained composed and took control of the situation. He, along with his team members, Melvin and Ezra, had to work in a cramped, dim crawlspace, but they completed the task without losing their good spirits. The backflow preventer they fitted on the front of my residence is a masterpiece. But there's more! When my son's boiler began to leak, I reached out to Terrence and he was there on the same day! I wholeheartedly endorse them, they are always ready to assist.
