Mark came out on July 4 when no one else I called was even answering the phone. He successfully identified & fixed an issue that was preventing our Air Conditioning from functioning (on a 90+ degree day), and did so in a timely manner.

Mark has repaired the two A/C units in my home and one A/C unit in my condo this week. Services included clearing a clogged drain pipe, replacing a capacitor, cleaning all of the coils, fixing a leak, and filling one unit with freon. Mark was awesome! We discussed the problem over the phone and came to a few conclusions. They job ended up being bigger than anticipated, but Mark completed it with professionalism. Its always difficult as a customer to have a job start during the day and have it end when its dark. Even though the job took much longer than expected, the price was fair. Mark cleaned the coils on my AC unit even though they looked as if a small dog had crawled inside the unit. He fixed a design issue that the installer clearly missed (leading to the problem in the first place). Don't hesitate, call Mark.
