A pipe burst in our townhome and I am so glad I stumbled upon these guys (based on reviews). Sound Plumbing was so responsive and easy to communicate with via phone, text, and email. Mitch was professional and took time to explain everything to me throughout the process. I felt that prices were fair, quality of work was excellent, and while no one wants plumbing issues this is definitely where I'd go for any help!

These guys were great, the two guys Jack and Mitch showed up and didn’t fool around. They got to work and finished the job done in about an hour. Also Mitch is really straight forward and shows you exactly what is going on and what work is being done.( I was not sure if he was some kind of actor because of his easy going personality) He even showed me the inside of the pipe that had roots in it threw their Ridgid camera scope. The reason I keep using the company is because of the guys they hire. They are not only good but honest tradesmen. Way to go sound!

Sound Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing a toilet. They worked around my schedule. Mitch was fantastic and extremely professional. When I ordered the incorrect toilet he went back across town to get the correct one and didn't even charge me double for the extra delivery. Will be using Sound Plumbing for all future projects.

Sound Plumbing is the ONLY plumbing company I'll use in Chicago. I've been burned by other companies that are not honest, attentive or helpful the way that Kevin and his team are. I've had reason to use their services many times now and every single guy who has come is super friendly, professional and efficient. From other plumbers I've dealt with, I get the feeling that they're just trying to get the most money out of you that they can but it's not all like that with Sound Plumbing.
