I spoke to one of the owners, Jordan, today to get a quote for a few services. He was on the phone with me for 20 minutes answering all my questions and educating me about the process and different options. He was really helpful and seemed really honest about costs, needed v. unneeded work, etc.

Can’t say enough great things. Super responsive, super quick to schedule a repair time, and extremely knowledgeable. Andrew fixed my issue with my radiator super quickly. Couldn’t be happier!

Very thankful for VanDer Bosch fitting me in last minute for complications with our radiator. Jordan was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything we needed to know to fix our radiator and gave us all of our options. I would highly recommended VanDer Bosch for their excellent customer service and attention to detail!

Great work today! The plumber Jose really went above and beyond on a job that went longer than expected (through no fault of his). He was personable, and he wanted to be sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. We really appreciate that!

I called on a Friday and they were able to come out the following Monday morning. They arrived when they said they would, were efficient, professional, and got the job done in no time. They charged a reasonable price to rotor my bathroom sink, and it was well worth it to get my sink back, especially so quickly.

After trying a few different things to fix a slow draining sink to no avail, I called VanDerBosch. They were able to schedule me at a perfect time and Jordan was right on time. He took the time to explain the issue and quickly resolve the issue. He also spent a few minutes going over a few other plumbing issues in my home and making sure to lower the hot water heater which was apparently set way too high. I appreciate the time Jordan took with us for issues we did not call him on and definitely recommend him and VanDerBosch.

Top-notch service from start to finish. It can be really intimidating to call in a plumber when you need the help! My call was handled courteously, expeditiously, and service terms/appointments were explained fully. Additionally, I was able to ask questions I had and to provide as much meaningful information for the plumber and for me. Jordan came by to help me thaw some pipes and survey my entire house system facuets and was genuinely glad to take a look--taking the mystery of how to keep things going and flowing. I did not feel rushed and I felt I could ask any question. I am sure I tried, lol. He was knowledgeable, to be sure, but was glad to answer my questions--I really appreciate when a tradesperson shows me tips or confirms thinking in terms of how to care for my home. Thank you, wholeheartedly. I would gladly use VanDerBosch again!

I strive to review fairly, especially when it wasn’t a great experience, and based on a prior experience with VDB, I wanted them in this time when my bathroom ceiling collapsed due to leaking from bad pipes the upstairs unit put in. Unfortunately, for 2-3 weeks after the initial assessment, there wasn’t much follow through for a quote on the project. When Jordan came, he was kind, personable, and clearly knew what he was doing. He stated it was a 2-3 day project and not beyond their scope. The only negative was scheduling— they couldn’t get me booked till October. I said to send a quote and book me, and he said he would. Neither happened. I called about 4xs the last 2+ weeks, and it wasn’t till today that I was told they would not submit a quote or do the project. With all the stress of this, it’s incredibly disheartening to have my time wasted and expectations misled. Had I been told sooner and/or treated more honestly, this review would’ve been more positive, but it’s pretty disrespectful to give the runaround when I was honest with them. Not the worst experience, which is why this is 2 stars, but being honest, upfront, and respectful of a customers time should be priorities. I know they’re not hurting for work, but that doesn’t mean it’s ok to misrepresent what you’re ready to do or provide for the customer. Justifiably upset and disappointed in Van der Bosch for this.
