Jan and his team are exceptional. Never have I felt this good about hiring a trades person. Not only were they the most competitive quote to replace our water heaters and redo some under sink plumbing, but they went above and beyond with their work (finding gas leaks, obtaining a special tool and coming back to fix the remaining leaks). I also had them jet clean our sewer and they did a fantastic job with that too - finding a broken pipe under the street and setting up a city inspection. Jan answers your calls and emails, explains what he is doing and why, and takes pride in this work. I feel really lucky to have found Vanguard. Do not hesitate to give them a call!
