The Rocket Plumbing was great. I reached out to them early on in the week and was able to get some out here to take a look at my broken garbage disposal soon after. Plumber Luis and his associate we very communicative, respectful of my home, willing to answer all the questions I had, and were in and out of here quick. So far so good, definitely tucking away their contact in case any other water issues happen again in the future.

Jose was great! I needed copper piping moved to accommodate my new furnace and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He offered a few options for some rotting we need. I would recommend Jose and Rocket Plumbing.

Their manager talked me through my options over the phone, and with the aid of photos of the work needed gave me a quote ahead of time unlike all the other plumbing companies. Eric who did the work was prompt, professional, and efficient. He told me what to look out for and was very personable. Highly recommend!

I also want to share, that from the time I called for service, to the time when Jose left my place, the provided service was timely and very professional. Jose was very knowledgeable, provided few pointers for drain maintenance and thoroughly cleaned the working area afterwards. It was truly a pleasant experience.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Rob and his colleague. They arrived right on time and explained the scope of the work that needed to be done: Repair the kitchen drain by breaking up the concrete along our eastern wall to replace the broken drain pipe with a new pipe. Both worked very hard, taking a break for lunch and to purchase the needed pipe. The drain now is fixed!

Rocket plumbing did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and finished the job in a timely manner. I'd recommend them to anyone requiring a plumber.
