My experience was great. I needed a new garbage disposal, and called Jim Wagner because I have used them before. Chris came with a new disposal, and installed it for me with the expertise of an experienced technician. Chris had been here before a few years ago when I needed a new toilet, and he remembered me and our conversation, which is very impressive. He is a very nice and gregarious man, and did a wonderful job, and I give him high marks and a great recommendation. I will be using this service again in the future if I ever need it. Thanks.

Jim Wagner Plumbing sent out Kevin. We were very impressed with him: courteous, efficient, and he did a very nice job of cleanup. Even installed a new laundry tub faucet and even included shut off valves that are very easy to turn. This is important to my wife who has arthritic hands. We will call Jim Wagner Plumbing for our next plumbing need and specifically ask for Kevin. (I found Jim Wagner Plumbing on the internet because our regular plumber was unavailable due to the Holidays).

Another plumbing situation at the house and I felt comfortable reaching out to Jim Wagner Plumbing. I specifically wanted Kevin Geyer to come out. He has worked at our house before. Great guy. Very friendly. Works hard and gets the job done quickly, and the right way. He does great work and you feel like he actually cares. He went above and beyond and checked our other systems to make sure everything was good. Jim Wagner Plumbing is very lucky to have someone like Kevin. If you need a job to get done by them, Ask for Kevin Geyer.

Agreed to pay $49 visit to install a kitchen faucet. Estimate was almost $500 for what was described as less than 1 hour service. I rejected the proposal and found someone less expensive.

This was our first introduction to Kevin Geyer, a Wagner plumber. His work correcting a problem with one of our toilets was excellent; and when I queried him on faucets in another room that had stiffened over time, he asked for a few minutes and corrected the problem. At no expense! Kevin is obviously good at his job, thoroughly explains the problem and how it would be addressed, is neat, caring of our floors and furniture, and generally a most pleasant individual. We will ask for him again.

Jim Wagner Plumbing responded quickly when we called about a leak under the sink in the master bathroom. Kevin G. explained what caused the leak and how he would repair it. We added a couple of other projects. He provided an estimate cost before starting all of the work. Kevin G. was extremely patient when answering my numerous questions and he cleaned up the area thoroughly. We would highly recommend Wagner Plumbing.
