Alan was amazing! We had Keeleys out today to do a routine inspection and check our lines to make sure everything was doing good. It has been 2/3 years since replacing all the plumbing! They replaced most of the plumbing in the walls, our water heater, sump pump and even replaced our sewer line right before we purchased. Since then we have had ZERO issues with everything they installed! It has been so nice. Alan was quick and thorough today, not to mention super friendly. From someone who has severe anxiety around our home, thank you all so much. ❤️ Definitely recommend.

I hired Keeley’s to completely replace the old pipes and water lines in my home and couldn’t recommend them more! This was a big project and they did a fantastic job and made quick work of it! They were consistent about showing up on time and communicating at the beginning and end of each day. Tim and Steve were professional and personable - they worked around my dogs and I being home which was so helpful! I’ll certainly be calling them for any work I need in the future, and recommending them to friends and family!

We had an excellent experience with Keeley Plumbing. Steve, our plumber, called before coming and was very friendly and professional. He did a great job replacing the pipes under our kitchen sink and removing the garbage disposal. We will definitely be using Keeley Plumbing again!

I had a sewer back up last week and called Keely's based on reviews from a local FB group. The owner answered the phone and talked to me for 10 minutes as we tried to figure out what was going on. That right there is a rarity. It was too late to get someone out, but he gave me options and put me on the schedule for the next day. Alan came out with a helper, Tommy, and was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my questions. They threw a camera in the line so we could really see what was going on down there, something my other plumber didn't do. We ended up scheduling a sewer hydro-jetting to clean out some root balls and blockages later in the week. They were there on time and did exactly what they said. There is a clear cut pricing list and you never feel rushed or like you're asking a dumb question. I'm not gonna lie and say they're the cheapest plumber on the block, but you get what you pay for. In this case the superior customer service by the owner, Tim, and the plumber, Alan was worth every penny. They put my mind at ease and I won't hesitate to use them again for sewer line maintenance or other issues that might come up.
