After Jacob assessed the issue, Greg Stewart came to change a shower cartridge in one of my apartments. Greg was personable and professional, worked quickly, and answered all my questions. I have a small stock of new and used cartridges, and I can never remember which type goes in which apartment. He sorted that out for me and recommended which cartridges to keep and which to discard. He was also careful as he took care of water shutoff and turn on for the building. He did a great job overall. I have used J Blanton for all kinds of plumbing issues small and large over the years and continue to be happy with the plumbers they assign me.

Their technicians quickley found the issue with a gas leak and were able to fix it. They kept me informed on the process and they were performed pressure test on the lines to ensure no more leaks. Nice work and very clean.
