We’ve used Sam 3 times (3 different issues) and he continues to be the best! Each time he’s come out he’s been more than punctual… within an hour and fixes the issue on the spot. The last time he was out we had a leak in our shower and we couldn’t figure out if it was a caulking issue or a crack in the shower lining. Instead of charging ridiculous prices and tearing up our master bathroom, he called a water restoration company (free of charge) so we could be sure it was an isolated leak due to caulking. He even followed up a few days later and asked if we had a tile repairman or if we wanted him to refer us to one. Turned out to be an easy fix because he went the extra mile to double check. Sam has always been reasonably priced, on time and efficient. He will always be our first call for plumbing issues!

We called Climatech based on our friends great experience with them. Sammi came out the same day to quote a tankless water heater. We ran later than we expected at another errand and he graciously waited the extra time. The quote was reasonable and what was even better is that he was able to install the water heater 2 days later. The work was quick and they left job site clean. We will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

Part of my sump pump pipe broke due to freezing temperatures.Sam came, replaced the section that was damaged, and now the sump pump is working perfectly. The job required digging, but everything was cleaned up.
