GREAT service! Our water heater died on a Sunday evening. They were here with their expert service people first thing Monday a.m. to hook us up with a new water heater. And their price was far better than the big guys. These folks understand and serve River Forest well. We are so very lucky to have this plumbing company in RF!

Top notch service! Our water heater gave up the ghost, and Reeg was able to install a new one the next day. They use Bradford White, which I know is one of the most reliable brands out there. Their price was $200 less than a competitor (who used a different brand), and they include their labor in the 6 year warranty! Dave and Brendon were in and out of my basement in about 2 hours. I recently needed a replacement toilet, and contacted Reeg to get a bit of guidance. They pointed out some good sources to find a reliable product. Once purchased, I called them back and they immediately got me on their schedule. Their installer picked up the toilet for me, brought it over, removed the old one, prepped the space, installed the new one and cleaned up. All in just an hour. And it works great. This was an excellent, smooth process from start to finish. The installer was prompt, competent, efficient, friendly, informative and cleaned up when the work was done. Well done!
