Aquaduct Plumbing, Heating & Air

I cannot say enough positive things about Aquaduct. I called them and immediately responded to come evaluate a leak/pipe issue at our home. Vanessa immediately got me scheduled and Jason (plumber/owner) was in constant communication with me as to when he was on his way. He solved our problem immediately and at a reasonable price. I also appreciate that he does not try to tell us we need more things completed to solve our plumbing issue. We have used Aquaduct over the years and the service and communication has always been outstanding. They are honest and we truly appreciate that. A fair price is also extremely appreciated when you have a surprise leak and an unexpected home issue. They will forever have my business.

I can't begin to say how AWESOME Aquaduct Plumbing Services has been for us. They installed a new sump pump and battery backup 7 years ago. I recently had them back out to replace the battery in my backup unit. They are always prompt, honest and explain all the issues and solutions very well. I feel very comfortable referring them out to anyone who asks. I highly recommend Jason and his team of professionals all the time. Will certainly be my first call every time.

We started looking for a plumber to come and help us understand our situation and options after having some water come up our basement floor drain. I was looking around online and found some people recommend Aquaduct on Reddit and after checking their Google reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. Jason and Michael arrived right on time despite having to travel all the way out to us in Villa Park (sorry guys!). They did a great job helping us understand our plumbing better and what our next steps could be to address our sewer issues.

Jason and his team are phenomenal!!! They always come in a timely manner (same day or next day) and have great pricing compared to other local plumbers. Jason also always takes the time to educate and explain any quotes which is so helpful! They are our #1 go to for any plumbing issues! Highly recommended!

Jason and Mike did a great job replacing a broken clay pipe that has been causing flooding into our laundry room. Very professional and efficient. They came out to look at the problem and then a few days later were able to come and fix it perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone!

Woke up in the morning with no hot water. Called Aquaduct. They had a tech on site to look at the issue and give a quote to replace. By early afternoon they had replaced my water heater. Great service, techs made sure the area was clean, efficient and friendly.

Jason & Mike did a great job explaining to my husband the issues with the broken spigot....there was another problem as the main valve broke and was all rusted which he showed him...they did not have the part and had to go to Menards..... originally this repair would be 360.00 he said but only charged my husband 100.00 due to other repairs....total cost 539.00...a bit more than I wanted to pay but they did it correctly and with nice customer service.
