Everything was great from our initial consult to installation! During the consult, John was patient and explained all of our options. The technicians were amazing! They were able to clearly explain everything to us and they made sure the area they worked in was spotless when they were done! About a week later, John called to make sure everything was functioing as it should, giving us time to really test it out. Highly recommend Beery for all your HVAC needs!

John and his team are very professional. We have hot water heat piped through our walls so no ductwork. It was time to get some sort of permanent air conditioning. John recommended mini splits with both cooling and heat. Head units in each bedroom and a larger one in the living room. We can’t wait for summer.

We have had Beery handle all of our heating & Cooling service since 2004. I can honestly say their service and attention to detail is fantastic!! Easy to work with, quick to respond and always professional.

My review is focused on the office staff, not the technicians, as the technicians we’ve dealt with have been great. Today, we had an appointment scheduled, but somehow it was lost or mishandled. When my husband spoke to the office staff about it, he became frustrated, and the person he spoke with responded rudely. Since I’m usually the one who handles these calls, he informed me about what happened, so I decided to follow up. When I called, the same staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to tell her twice not to take her frustration with my husband out on me, as I was simply trying to sort out the situation. This issue was their mistake to begin with, and instead of being rude, she should have apologized. She dismissively said, “I already scheduled the call,” as if I had no right to follow up. After I hung up, my husband informed me that she called him back and rescheduled the appointment for later this week. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have needed to call—but the way I was spoken to was completely unprofessional.

Anthony was absolutely fabulous! He was so meticulous and articulated the problems that we were having with our air conditioner in a very clear fashion. You can tell that he is an honest, knowledgeable technician who takes pride in problem solving and that he really cares about customer service!

Long overdue. Beery replaced an AC condenser and coil in 2022 I couldn't afford to replace in 2012 when I replaced a 1986 80% eff. FAF with a 96% eff. FAF. The installation was flawless. (not an easy replacement) This year (2024) I scheduled a clean and tune for both the FAF and AC. Everyone I talked to or has visited to estimate (big THANKS, John) or install was awesome; prompt, professional and polite. I would not recommend any other company but Beery Heating & Cooling for HVAC work. Thanks so much!

Excellent work from start to finish in replacing our home HVAC systems. John was extremely helpful and walked us through the options and process. The Beery team that came and did the installation was super. Kept us informed during the process and went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right and to answer all our questions. Just a great experience on taking care of an important part of our home.

We had an older drain line that was beginning to leak in a few places. Beery sent Luke over to assess the problem and give us an estimate; we made an appointment for him to come back in a few days to make the repair. On that day, Luke arrived right on time and had the problem sorted in a couple of hours. Top notch work! Beery has completed a few plumbing projects for us (and replaced both of our air conditioners) over the years. We could not be more pleased with their high level of professionalism and the quality of their work.
