Called for service on a sewer issue. Service was great and on time when they advised on the appointment time. Techs arrived and informed of what procedures would be used then advised on the price. They also informed us of the location of a lost clean out located in the yard for future use. Residential Plumbing will be our 1st choice for services if needed in the future. Great job guys.

I was very happy with Residential Plumbing. I needed a new ejector pump. Scheduling was easy and the techs were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained my options and the various costs. I had them replace the ejector pump and they did a great job. My only complaint was they did not secure the cover on the ejector pump. They merely placed the bolts in empty holes. They should have looked for the appropriate holes which would have allowed the bolts to tighten down the cover. I would still recommend Residential Plumbing, but can’t give them 5 stars because of that lack of attention.

Kenny and Residential Plumbing has been our go to for me and my family since 1999. Rob and Cade are professional, courteous, efficient and cleanest contractors we have ever experienced that have worked in our house. Stacia in the office from scheduling to service call to replace our water heater was effortless. I would recommend Kenny and his squad at RP Plumbing for all you plumbing needs.

Nathan and Ben showed to tighten my faucet and also look at why my ejector pit kept running.. Both of them were personable and Nathan took the time to explain the issue and they ended up replacing the failing switch. Knowing that Nathan feels confident that this new switch would provide me longevity makes me know I picked the right company. I will use them time and time again. They have a great crew.

Residential Plumbing was referred to us by Hall of Fame our HVAC service provider. The guys who came out from Residential not only expertly fixed the two issues we called them about but also fixed another one which only recently surfaced. They arrived promptly, were very friendly, and attentive to our needs, and explained everything thoroughly. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner and everything about the service call was to our complete satisfaction. Having rapport with your service providers is important as is being able to trust them implicitly which is essential. Based on today’s excellent experience, they’ll definitely be our first call for plumbing needs going forward and we’ll be referring them to friends without hesitation.

This past weekend, I noticed that my outside sump pump discharge pipe was full of water, causing pooling around the foundation. With a snowstorm approaching in a couple of days, I tried contacting a plumber I had used before but couldn't get through. On a neighbor’s recommendation, I reached out to Residential Plumbing in Oswego. They answered promptly, and after explaining the situation, they assured me they could send a plumber between 12–2 PM that same day. Shortly after noon, Rob and Kade arrived and quickly assessed the issue. We agreed the pipe was likely blocked or frozen. Using a video snake, they confirmed it was indeed frozen. After locating the end of the pipe, they made a modification that resolved the problem. Rob and Kade were fantastic to work with—professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be recommending them in the future!
