TR Miller Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical

4 3/4 Stars is more accurate! I am very happy with TR Miller and the service technician Donny C. I called on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get on their schedule for first thing Monday morning. While the issue was not an “emergency”, it was something that required prompt attention. I spoke with Layla and she was very pleasant and professional. After listening to me and assessing the situation she went above and beyond to see if it would be possible to get me on the schedule for first thing Monday morning and she did. She advised that I would receive a call and text Monday morning with the technician’s name and arrival time. Also a picture of the technician. As promised I did receive a call from Donny C at 7:22am advising he would arrive in about 45 minutes. He arrived right on time. He arrived in a TR Miller uniform and placed shoe covers on as soon as he entered the house and wore them at all times while in the house. (Without being asked to I might add). He assessed the situation and provided a quote and description of exactly what he needed to do. He offered to give quotes on any other services we might need while he was there but was not pushy or try to upsell. He did describe and offer the VIP membership and was polite and understanding when I declined. During the service there was a minor complication with removing the old gas valve (not Donny’s fault). Donny dealt with the issue and rectified the problem. Other plumbing companies may have left me hanging. Donny cleaned up when finished and left my home as he found it. My ONLY reason for deducting a 1/4 star is that I felt the price ($400) was on the high side of what I believe to be average for this service but it was still reasonable. Definitely not exorbitant. I just wish there was a senior discount as I am retired. But I was able to use a coupon so I guess that equaled out. Overall I would definitely recommend TR Miller and Donny C. I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. Thank you for prompt, reliable, professional, and reasonably priced service and for respecting my home. Great Job Donny!

Joel from TR Miller was fantastic. He was kind, efficient, honest, and completely straightforward with cost and details. He solved my issue quickly and demonstrated great knowledge with what he was doing. He correctly predicted a mouse nest in my unit, cleared it, and gave me tips to prevent it in the future. He was respectful of my property and animals, and I plan on requesting him for all future appointments I have. I am extremely impressed with TR Miller and Joel and I plan to continue to turn to them for any heating, cooling, or plumbing problems I may have in the future. Highly recommend their services!

Excellent service from Rose and Cynthia. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received from Rose and Cynthia. They both incredibly friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about their job and the system they inspected in my home. Any quest my husband or I had were answered thoroughly and with confidence. If we should ever need service again in the future, we will definitely be requesting Rose and Cynthia. It’s also wonderful seeing skilled women excelling in this line of work! They truly represented your company well.

Called TR Miller as a first time customer on Christmas Eve with a kitchen faucet problem which really concerned me cause I was hosting breakfast then dinner the following day. They told me no problem to getting a technician assigned without any premium rate. Chris B showed up an hour later and did an AMAZING job replacing the faucet not once but 2x cause the first I bought from an outside supplier was a lemon. Needless to say, he was such a friendly guy who did a great job with extreme attention to detail for as long as it took to get done right. Will definitely use them again!!!

Oh my gosh, I just met the best service guy for TR Miller that I have ever met in my life. His name is Chris B. He’s extremely honest. His personality is great and he walks in with a smile. Prices are very reasonable and I would recommend Chris B specifically. You’re not gonna find another Service tuck like him. As far as I’m concerned, he deserves a raise he deserves to be a manager or anything That would benefit him in return for his services. If you called TR Miller, I highly highly highly recommend Chris B. He’s the very best! He has exceeded my expectations and provided me with the highest quality of care. Thank you, TR for Sending him my way. I cannot say enough about him! Darrick came literally 30 minutes later for the replacement. He is just as sweet as Chris B. He explained everything to me just like Chris did and he even brought my groceries in my house just being kind. I didn’t even ask him to. These two men are amazing. Ask for them every time they will not let you down. Once again now Darrick Provided me with the highest quality of care And exceeded my expectations. These two gentlemen will not let you down. I can promise you that.

Today my ac and furnace were serviced by two of the greatest technicians tr miller has. Nick M. And Donny C. Both are very knowledgeable and efficient. Every question I had was answered. People like Donny C. And Nick M is what keeps us using TR Miller. I was extremely satisfied with their service. Nick and Donny were extremely polite and Professional. I would definitely recommend tr miller to my friends and family.

Really impressed with TR Miller. We had a plumbing issue with corrosion on our water heater. TR Miller was VERY communicative about scheduling, and sent a text with the technician’s name and picture upon arrival so that we knew who was coming to the door. Joey P, our technician, did a great job, and the price was reasonable (ABC wanted more than double for a lesser job!!!). We signed up for TR Miller’s annual HVAC and plumbing maintenance plan on the spot, giving us an additional discount and some peace of mind. Definitely recommending them to others.

A good experience from the beginning. The office was willing to work with us to schedule a technician and called 30 min. before Jorge arrived. Jorge was attentive to the description of the problem and had the leak repaired in a reasonable amount of time. We were so impressed with TR Miller and Jorge that we purchased the VIP maintenance program. I look forward to writing more positive reviews in the future!
