They guys are horrible. We made an appointment for the day after thanksgiving two weeks out. The weather was cold, the plumber shows up with a pair of pants and hoodie. It took them 6 hours to do a sewer cleanout from the main line because they had to go in the truck to keep warming up. I offering them coffee, and warm food. But what the heck you work outside come prepared. We never had any of the clean out stuff in the garbage can. So they most likely punched a hole for the water to get by and now 6 weeks later I have the same issue so I called them back and the owner books the appointment and tells me I have to pay after the $375 because they don't offer any type of gurantee. WTH! The previous company offered a 90 day gurantee, now I understand why those guys quit this company. Told them good bye. Called a new company and they completed the task correctly. Your loss.

Would not recommend. Blaming aftermarket parts that they installed is not compatible with my facet. Just called another plumber and this is what they said The washers looked kinda bad already most likely due to rough surfaces on the seats, so I resurfaced the seats replaced the washers and greased up the stems and the packings. So far so good, but let me know if you have any issues. Thanks!

I am loyal to Greg Hannah ever since they helped out when the city crushed the sewer and flooded my basement. I’ve lived here 5 years and have had them out a few times. I am always blown away by their kindness and efficiency. They also stand by their work and will correct any issues.

Never use these guys. they are scam artists. Tried to get me to sign up for major sewer repairs when all i needed was my sewer rodded. They were back three times over four days and it still was not flowing (sewer). Another company (Permidt Plumbing) came out and rodded and camera in four hours. stay away!

I'd like to thank Artie and Louie then Artie and Jerry I called 1 day came and checked my sink and said they could do the next day . Wow, I was amazed they actually came the next morning. Thank Mr Gregg Hannah these guys are great ! And I have other work that I will be requesting Artie for soon as I can. Thanks Again guys! Patricia Graf

What a wonderful company, I cannot recommend them highly enough, they went above & beyond for us.Very efficient, hardworking, with great communication. Will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs.

Hannah did my water service line replacement. Very satisfactory work, excellent price, and top notch customer service in regards to the workmen. I was apprised of all working aspects in a timely manner as the job progressed. Highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This review is in regards to the front staff, lack of communication and organization and length of time of our home project. (It should be noted, I would give 5 stars to the workers on the project. Omar was AMAZING, none of our review has to do with Omar or his work.) At the beginning of March, we called Greg Hannah Plumbing as we were having significant plumbing issues at our house and needed an emergency pump out of our backup basin. To make a long story short, we needed parts of our pipe REPAIRED AND REPLACED. We had to use our water sparingly (i.e. NO dishwasher, NO washer, short showers and flushing toilet as little as possible.) While getting the quote, we decided to add the flood mitigation onto our the project. They did not start our PLUMPING repair until April (4 weeks later) after we had to call MULTIPLE times asking when the repairs would be started. We were told it would be 9 weeks because they only had us down for the flood mitigation and not the REPAIRS and replacement. Thankfully once they realized their error and a down payment was made, we had the repairs project started 2 weeks later... only for it to take another 5-6 weeks for it to be completed. We received ZERO communication from the office. We only got answers when we had to call multiple times for updates. (Just this past Wednesday 2 workers came to our house to finalize something on the project and when I asked why they were at my house, they immediately asked, "No one called you!? We were told someone from the front office talked to you and told you we were coming." We received no such phone call.) When we called the office, we were met with rude, disrespectful tone and answers with no understanding or empathy. There is clearly no communication amongst the staff and projects as we were given answers such as, "I don't know what you're referring to." Maybe look at our file or account!?!?! We were also given incorrect dates of when inspections would be taking place. BUT once it came time for payment and sending out the invoice, all of a sudden, the office staff was super quick reach out to us. So much so today we received our last and final inspection, only to have Greg Hannah himself come to our house an hour later asking for our final payment. (We had written in email our final payment would be provided to them when the project was COMPLETE, not when it was still incomplete.) Have no fear, the final payment will be made. We will NOT be using them ever again. If you do choose to use them, I highly encourage you to have everything in email so you have evidence of their answers (or lack of answers.) Also know that when you get the quote/invoice, it says there is an option for a payment plan...there is not. So some false advertisement literally in their invoice email.
