We have a specialty Kohler faucet in our first floor bathroom and the left handle was leaking. We asked our regular plumber to estimate how much it would cost to fix it and they estimated up to $1,500 because of the pedestal sink and replacing the specialty faucet. I thought that was a ridiculous price to fix the faucet so I asked my very knowledgeable friend to look at it. He suggested buying the valve to fit the handle and ask Ferrari Plumbing to fix it. So I bought the valve for $14 and Ferrari Plumbing came in and fixed it for $375. Wes and Josh were very professional. They were well dressed, articulate and respectful of our home and our time. They had some difficulty getting the old, rusted valve out but they worked together and got the job done. Setting up this appointment was also a very good experience. They came when they said they were going to come and I even got a text 15 minutes before they arrived. We’re so happy they were able to save our existing faucet and fix it like new. As an added bonus, we had a minor issue with the toilet and Wes fixed that for free. I highly recommend Ferrari Plumbing and look forward to using them for years to come.

Ferrari Plumbing is AMAZING - the kindest most professional and most efficient plumbing company. They explain everything before they do it and make sure you don't have any questions but if you do they take the time to explain everything. They also are the most reasonable and have the best prices that plumbers do charge and provide good guarantees. They are the only plumbers I will ever use and I highly recommend them.
