Absolutely excellent experience! I have a 20+ year old furnace. It was struggling and couldn't keep up. Called Mr. Kool based on a recommendation from a trusted friend. Was surprised to find that my service man was actually the owner of the company. You don't see that often. Eric was punctual, extremely knowledgable, and most of all kind. He showed me how to maintain it until it's time to replace it and was more than fair on the charges. In today's world and economy it was a very refreshing experience. Would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Kool for your service needs! They have my trust for sure!

I was very pleased with the service Mr. Kool provided. I noticed my furnace wasn't turning on during the middle of the night and our house was at 61 with negative temperatures out. Eric was the man on call and talked me through what to do to help it start running at 1 am. He was very patient and I could tell very knowledgeable. He immediately knew what needed to be done to fix the problem. He helped me get the furnace to start working and then he came in the morning to follow up and do a quick maintenance check. After checking the furnace he followed up with what he did and what I could do to help maintain the furnace and avoid future problems. Highly recommend Mr. Kool and Eric specifically.

Very friendly very fast. I am very happy with them and plan to call them for some other things I need done. The man who did the work inside name was Bill. Didnt catch the name of the guy outside. Thank you both for getting the water going again. As cold as it's been I figured it would take a couple days but it was done in hours. It's been a while since I've been this excited about doing laundry and dishes. Lol
