Absolutely excellent experience! I have a 20+ year old furnace. It was struggling and couldn't keep up. Called Mr. Kool based on a recommendation from a trusted friend. Was surprised to find that my service man was actually the owner of the company. You don't see that often. Eric was punctual, extremely knowledgable, and most of all kind. He showed me how to maintain it until it's time to replace it and was more than fair on the charges. In today's world and economy it was a very refreshing experience. Would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Kool for your service needs! They have my trust for sure!

I was very pleased with the service Mr. Kool provided. I noticed my furnace wasn't turning on during the middle of the night and our house was at 61 with negative temperatures out. Eric was the man on call and talked me through what to do to help it start running at 1 am. He was very patient and I could tell very knowledgeable. He immediately knew what needed to be done to fix the problem. He helped me get the furnace to start working and then he came in the morning to follow up and do a quick maintenance check. After checking the furnace he followed up with what he did and what I could do to help maintain the furnace and avoid future problems. Highly recommend Mr. Kool and Eric specifically.

Very friendly very fast. I am very happy with them and plan to call them for some other things I need done. The man who did the work inside name was Bill. Didnt catch the name of the guy outside. Thank you both for getting the water going again. As cold as it's been I figured it would take a couple days but it was done in hours. It's been a while since I've been this excited about doing laundry and dishes. Lol

The guys did great work repairing bad water lines hooking up my dishwasher, running a line to my refrigerator, installing a 220 line, and plug for my dryer. Moved the water lines and drain to my washer. They were friendly, professional and did a great job in just one day. All while working around other contractors doing work at the same time. Thank you so much for making our new home better. And making our vision a reality.I also wanna say thx for making a Sunday visit to get our heater working. I will definitely be hiring Mr. Kool in future projects.

Highly recommended Mr kool. I was ready to have the hot water heater replaced . Upon arrival Bill/Jeremy ask about the job I not knowing much talk about replacing the hot water heater. They said do you want us to look at the old and see if we can fix it, so they ended up replacing the heating elements saving me over $1300 . Thank you all the kool guys.(ladies ) for being honest.

As a first-time Mr.Kool customer, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received in December to start with we had our furnace go out Mr.Kool sent Colin out to us he got there as quickly as he could and then did everything he could to make sure when he left we had heat for my kids and answered my questions in a way that was clear, friendly, and helpful. HVAC tech Colin came to my home again since then to perform routine maintenance for our furnace Colin arrived on time. while looking at our system. His manner was courteous and professional. Colin's work was both careful and thorough from start to finish. Every time he has came out. Colin takes time with minor details others would probably overlook and not think are a big deal while still doing it promptly he let me know it would be a good idea to add an Extra air return and more registers throughout the house so our furnace didn’t have to work so hard I appreciated him telling me this information rather then me paying for it later. Before leaving, Colin gave me a brief verbal summary of all the items he had checked and serviced. In a nutshell, my experience with Mr.Kool was excellent. They will be servicing my furnace from now on.
