My husband called Justin Dorsey Plumbing to get a second opinion on replacing our well pump. We were pleased with the technician, who came out and efficiently, in no time, gave us a fair estimate. We had the well pump replaced the next day by a technician named Colts. He did a wonderful job! He spent a lot of time and completed the job to our satisfaction. We are very appreciative.

Our technician, Troy, removed our old water heater and installed a new tankless water heater for us. He showed up at the specified time, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He made sure he properly wrapped my old, leaking water heater in plastic to prevent any damage to my carpet. The new water heater was installed with no issues. I would highly recommend Justin Dorsey Plumbing. I will certainly use them again.

I called this morning at 830a and spoke with Tanya, I explained my issue with my kitchen sink and that I needed it fixed asap Tanya said Colt would be here around 1p, she called an hour later and said Colt just finished up on his last job so he'd be at my home in about an hour. Colt was here around 1130a and fixed my sink. He was very kind, personable and professional. I hope to never have plumbing issues again, but if I do Dorsey Plumbing is who I'll call and always recommend. BTW, I believe the price i paid was very reasonable, thank you so much. Our water heater went out. When I called, the staff was friendly and accommodating to my schedule. The plumber arrived on time and after looking over the issue he provided me with my options of repair or replace. I chose to have the water heater replaced. The men had the old one out and new one installed in a timely manner. Both men were extremely clean and polite. I would definitely recommend Justin Dorsey Plumbing for any future needs. Great company!!!

I was ready to face the tough task of my home DIY mistakes today. Prepared to trust my lack of knowledge and financial resources once again to the technician. Today I received exceptional service from Colt. He was knowledgeable and patiently provided detailed explanations of my options. I echo my father's statement: they don't manufacture things like they used to and it's challenging to find trustworthy individuals. However, sometimes you are fortunate enough to be regarded.

Dorcy Plumbing is amazing. They had a technician available earlier than my scheduled time. Called me and ask if they could come out early. I had no water coming from my private well. They were here within 15 minutes. Solved my problem and had me up and running within an hour. I am 63 years old. This was the most pleasant and professional service I have ever had in my life. I will never use anyone but Dorsey in the future. Thank you!

My water heater went out on a Sunday afternoon. Kevin came and looked at it and offered to replace it that evening. We chose to wait until Monday. He came on Monday and was very respectful of our home and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Our technician today, Bryce, was incredibly courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Bryce carefully explained what steps he'd take to resolve the plumbing issue; he mentioned discounts; he thoroughly cleaned the areas he worked on. Bryce is a superb employee; we're quite happy he was on call today. Kudos to Justin Dorsey for having Bryce on board!
