We had a drainage problem over the weekend in our kitchen sink. Their technician Jason resolved our drainage issues quickly and efficiently. He was very kind and knowledgeable and walked me through the issues and provided clear explanations. Also, shout-out to their customer/front-desk support. This was the only plumber to return my call and their communication was great.

Very fairly priced. Beat competitors and got my issue resolved so quickly and no one tried to upsell me! In fact, I found out later on that this company pays for any pet that has been at Indy humane for more than 100 days to be adopted on their dime. Absolutely love that and their service. 10/5 stars if I could. Will call them again.

We had some pipes burst due to cold weather and called 317 Plumber in a panic. The whole experience from start to finish exceeded our hopes. Trayvon was dispatched to our house quickly and was extremely friendly and VERY helpful explaining everything. I would highly recommend using these guys and we were lucky to just stumble upon them using a google search. Thank you Trayvon, you saved the day for us!

The true test of a great company is not when things go right, it's when things go wrong! I apparently had a couple of problems. The first plumber was a great guy but he missed an issue. When I called back, the owner personally came out. He apologized, addressed the problem and helped me get a replacement faucet because mine was under warranty. Without his guidance, I would have had an out of pocket expense for the replacement part. It's rare to find a company who brings not only professional service but pride in doing a great job. I highly recommend this company.

317 Plumber saved me when a pipe burst overnight despite leaving faucets running. They offered quick, efficient, cost effective and friendly service during a very stressful time and offered me options that were within my budget. They were already put here working before my plumbing membership service even called me back to schedule a time to come out.

I’d give no stars if we could. 317 is doing a project in our neighborhood and they’ve been completely unprofessional to work with. They pulled my husband aside to ask his personal opinion about the work because “it’s clear your wife is unhappy but we want to hear from you.” They have been speaking negatively about us to our neighbors, and some of them are now having similar experiences as we have. They left 7-8 foot deep holes un-filled with no barriers around them for 5 days with no updates. There were issues with our install that took longer than expected and they didn’t communicate any of that with us, but left us without service for 5 hours, when we were told 1-2. They drove excavators over one of our landscaping beds. They quoted us additional work and when we pointed out an issue that would’ve not been to code, they cut that part of the work out, but refused to adjust the amount we paid until we pushed them aggressively. This is only some of what we dealt with. Maybe they’re ok for a clogged toilet, but a project of this magnitude doesn’t seem like a good fit for this company. It appears they’re perfectly happy throwing everyone under the bus as long as they don’t have to take responsibility for their own disorganization and unprofessionalism.

Having new bathroom countertops put in, with new sinks, 2 + 1/2 bath home. Needed plumber to remove existing faucets & drains, then install all new after countertops installed. Great communication throughout with 317 Plumber. Trayvon arrived on time, scoped out our situation, and gave complete explanation of several options for our project with costs for each. Took the time to explain & answer all questions. Professional & friendly, truly inspired confidence our job would be done right. You might find a cheaper plumber but I find that’s usually not a bargain in the long run. I want quality & dependability - that’s 317 Plumber. For sure ask for Trayvon!

I was outside the state. My wife called me about outside the hose valve, which was a small amount of drop water it was definitely cold, and the weather could be caused, or the gasket was bad. I told my son to search local plummer and let them take a look. We meet MR. DANNY!!!. All negative reviews behind that person. He tried to sell 1st plummer warranty for a simple $30 value valve replacement. He took opportunity and advantage from my wife. I never ever hired that person if I were there. My wife asked him simple questions about what would be cost what is your warranty, etc. He plays around my wife, and he never gives a straight answer or estimated cost. Our crawl basement is easy access and not hard to work on a simple max 1 hour job. I called 2 different local contractors, and I showed MR DANNY'S work. "The estimated cost is $150-$200 max part no more than $50. . MR DANNY CHARGED $545 (what a scam). I called them to explain what is about that charge, $250 fair, more than enough, please refund back to remain balanced, and they hung on my face. I will be reporting that the company to Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, BBB, Attorney General, Small claim Court, etc.
