Mark and Nate spent the day with a boring crew at my house yesterday to bore in utility lines for my new building. In all, they ran a sewer line, a water line, and two conduits for electrical service. Mark and Nate were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They left a clean worksite free of debris. I had a good experience and would recommend them.

A. Hattersley & Sons just installed a new tankless water heater for me. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Mark and his well trained residential team for any project that needs done by real professionals. They were courteous and took special care to make my wife and I comfortable while doing their work. They truly are a 5 Star company!

Great experience working with this company. Had a fairly extensive whole-house filtration system installed. Mark took the time to understand the system before providing an estimate. His crew were very personable and professional in getting the job done to a high standard.

We woke up Christmas Eve to a very cold house as our heater was no longer working. I called a number of companies with little success. When I contacted A. Hattersley they informed me that they could work us in. It was not long before Mark arrived and determined that our furnace line was frozen. He was able to get it thawed out enough to get the heater running again. We felt bad that he had to be out in this weather to correct the problem but grateful that he was able to identify the problem. He also explained the issue with how the line was installed. We will be looking in to having the line reworked once the weather warms up so we don’t run into this issue every time the weather gets this cold. We much appreciate the quick response on a holiday weekend.

Mark & Ron did a fantastic job! I now have a toilet that works!! And Mark helped me save a lot of money by having me call my Insurance company I never would have thought of! I appreciate all that they did for me and it didn’t cost me anything!!! Until we get to the Allstate claim, that’s gonna be $1000.00 deductible for thousands of dollars it will cost to repair everything! I’m happy happy with their work!!

Excellent business to work with. Came out same day to fix a valve that had broken shut and left my house without water. They coordinated with the City Water utility so I didn't have to. Technician who came on site was incredibly friendly, professional, and completed the job very quickly. I would not hesitate to call them for any of my plumbing needs in the future! A++

Absolutely wonderful service! We needed plumbing work done and we were in a time crunch and Mark came to the rescue! I will never choose another plumbing company after I saw the quality of work Mark did for us. This is an honest company and mark is extremely knowledgeable in his field. Mark recently installed new kitchen faucets for us including an instant hot water dispenser. He found a leak in one of the water lines in the process and fixed it all up good as new. I'm sure he saved us from future water damage. We appreciate Mark's superior skills and his kind and friendly personality! He has worked on many other projects in our home and has never failed to deliver quality and dependable service. Look no further...he is the BEST!!!
