Fortunately I did not have the "horrible" experience that "Google User" had 4 years ago. These guys are prompt and provide good service. Unfortunately I have old plumbing that leaks and needs repair occasionally. Today was the 3rd time that I have needed them to come to my home, and each time, the repairs have been satisfactory. Paul, the service man is kind and personable. I will use them again when the time comes, and I will recommend them to anyone.

This is one of the worst if not the worst company I have worked with. The receptionist is rude. They won't come to your house unless you can verify you are actually at the house. If you have someone else go to the house to wait for the technician, they want that person's phone number. They want that person at the house before they even dispatch the technician. Also....they don't answer the phone for hours at a time. I have tried to reach them for over an hour because the home warranty company has a contract with them. It's the worst company ever.

HORRIBLE!! Would give 0 stars if i could. We have a home warranty and needed a part on our garage door to be replaced. The home warranty company advised us to call D&M Mechanical contractors. It has been 7 days where we have called twice daily, and we have not had a single return phone call back. Obviously they don't want to stay in business. What needed to be fixed was a $7 part, which we ended up buying and it took my husband less than 30 min to replace. I have also called the home warranty company and advised them of our dissatisfaction and told them they shouldn't send their clients to this company. They should be out of business if they do not know how to contact their customers!!!

The home warranty contracted them to fix my heat. It took them over a week to even come and look at the problem. On top of that, they didn't call the warranty service to tell them the problem for over another week. After multiple calls by the warranty service, and no response, they said they will contract it to another company. Terrible service, I guess they don't want the job.
