Fantastic experience with Dylan and Derrick. Hays+Sons goes the extra step to make the job a “job well done”. My project manager Dylan took care of everything and was with me every step of the way. Even when things didn’t go as expected, Dylan went the extra mile to make it right, saying “If my wife wouldn’t be happy with it, I’m not calling it done.” These guys are the real deal. Very very professional and courteous, AND they do great work. See my pictures of before and after- I had my skylight removed. Can you even tell there was ever a skylight between my can lights? NOPE! I am so satisfied with the results. I will be using them again and again!

I can't say enough good things about the mitigation crew that dried out our home. Russell, Omar and Jace came to my home every day without fail until we were dry. They were respectful and trustworthy and by the time they left, even our dog was sad to see them go. I trusted them to walk in unannounced and do exactly what they needed to do each day. I will gladly refer them to anyone who asks. Thank you for making this painful process a little less of a burden.

This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They made a 2-4 week quote into a 9month disaster. Mistake after mistake, leading to even more damage to my home. They take weeks to respond. Their work is terrible, and I still don’t have all my work completed and they refuse to respond to communication. If I could, I would rate zero stars!

Did insurance repair after tree hit our 4 seasons room. We also did other work to enhance the new 4 seasons room. Rick Green was our project manager and did an awesome job as this work took over year to complete due to Covid and material delays. Rick even jumped in do some of the work himself when they were short handed. Communication was excellent and attention to detail was on point. Just great to work with even thought this job was a nightmare from the beginning.

Hays and sons did a great job on restoring my home after having water damage. From removing everything that was damaged to fixing and making sure everything was like before. Appreciated Michael & Russells (My Property Managers) attention and quick responses. They made this whole process smooth and overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Kenny Belford and all the Hays and Sons team did a great job communicating with us and arranging the contractors to clean up and fix our basement after flooding. We anxiously await the contractors coming to complete the work.
