I recently had the pleasure of having Billy over for some plumbing work on a Sunday morning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. He showed up right at 8:00 am, exactly when he said he would, and was on time and ready to go. Right from the start, he was friendly, professional, and really took the time to listen. The issue involved a pretty complex water system from the 1920s, but Billy wasted no time diving in, quickly familiarizing himself with all the details and coming up with a solution. While inspecting the system, he even spotted corrosion on the main faucet that had started to spray further up the line. He didn’t just point it out—he offered a preventative measure I could take and helped me redirect the water in the meantime. He worked efficiently, but also made sure to do things thoroughly, which I really appreciated. When he finished, he even cleaned up after himself! The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises, and I felt confident that he took real pride in his work. Great experience with Home Comfort Experts. Sebastian who installed my furnace was professional, respectful and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Also had great experience with the original technician that first came out, DeShawn. He explained everything that was going on with my furnace and even showed me pictures. Then we had Pablo who matched us with the right furnace, made sure it was something we could afford and walked us through the financing. He even answered my questions after work hours. This is a great company who provides excellent customer service! I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Tanner has a very pleasant personality. He was very knowledgeable and warned us of things that needed to be done and they were good reasons. We just have huge expenses we have to deal with like the possibility of a new roof because of a leak, for one thing. Got to get an adjuster to find out what we have to come up with. Tanner was fantastic in every way. He is very smart. You hire great people. He was clean, wore your trademark slippers as this is important to us ladies, smiled a lot. He was just a joy. I loved Anthony Garcia too. You hired a good one there too but couldn't get him. Gary told me he loved Tanner too. He was a ten for sure and will ask for him again in the future.

Israel Martinez did an exceptional job installing our assembly and stack and swapping out our iron shield tank. He was efficient, explained everything, was very kind and very knowledgeable. I would request him to come to our home again to take care of any of our plumbing needs. He is definitely top-notch and gives excellent customer service!
