Just tailgated me for 6 miles on Tonkel Rd/27. I was going faster than the speed limit. If they don't care about the safety of other people, why would they care about getting a job done right?

I called on a Monday, scheduled for Thursday, they never showed up and never got back with me. Called someone else on Friday who came out on Saturday.

Brent was able to come out the same morning I called and fixed the issue quickly. Good company to do business with.

Brent is awesome to do business with. This was my second time using him and I guarantee it will not be my last! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

I had an emergency today with my sump pump and the company I normally use was too busy to come look at it. I called Night and Day and they were here within an hour. I was really impressed with their quick response, experienced plumber, and reasonable price. The plumber did high quality work and explained to me the logic behind his choices of materials, methods, etc. They will be my first phone call next time.

Our washing machine trap collapsed under our house that was under a slab foundation. Brent and his crew broke up concrete , replaced the trap, installed a new vent and replaced the concrete for a very good price compared to what other would have charged. I would not hesitate for a second to call him for any my needs.. He and his crews are busy and you might have to wait a couple of days. But the great outfits always are! b6th

Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. I was referred to Brent by a friend so I trusted that they were respected. To start, for a couple days, no one would answer the phone. Both my wife and I both called and left voicemails. No one ever returned our call. I should have stopped calling but was finally able to get a hold of Brent. Discussed the issues I had and set up an appt for a couple days out for them to come snake our cleanout. Had blocked off the time that they were supposed to show up. I even called to make sure they were coming. No answer, no return call. Never showed up. Waste of time and patience. It's one thing to miss the appt time, it's another to not contact your customer and let them know.

My apartment complex made an appointment for them on Friday to come out on Saturday morning at 10am. No call, no show. Waited all afternoon before we finally had to get someone else.
