We had four different drips and dribbles in our older home. They scheduled the service call promptly. Shawn was pleasant and professional. He quickly assessed and diagnosed the different problems. We appreciate that he worked efficiently to fix everything -- no padding the bill here! Very happy with the results and the price was as expected. We will use them again without hesitation.

I called many times to get all my questions answered before scheduling, and whoever answered the phone was always willing to help and answer everything. The day of, the plumbers were great to work with, very professional and in and out in a timely fashion.

I've only used Northside Plumbing a few times, but each time I do they save they day! Had a leak yesterday that I just couldn't figure out how to fix. Northside came out within a few hours, had it resolved in minutes and didn't charge me a small fortune. These guys are the best and they are truly experts in what they do.

On November 4th, I reached out to Northside Plumbing for a leaking upstairs master shower. A technician came, assessed the situation quickly, and informed us that the shower would need to be replaced. We agreed, and the next day received a quote: $5,867 for the shower, $260 for the faucet, and $1,303 for a glass door. The shower installation was scheduled for Monday, November 25th, with completion on Wednesday, November 27th. Initially, everything went well—the shower was installed and looked great. Later that day, the glass company arrived but informed us that Northside Plumbing had provided incorrect dimensions, and the door didn’t fit. They promised a rush order for delivery the following week. After Thanksgiving, I heard nothing from Northside Plumbing. I called on Tuesday, December 3rd, and the representative had no idea the shower wasn’t finished. He promised the installer would call me. By that afternoon, the installer called, apologizing and explaining his frustration with the glass company. He assured me the door would arrive by the end of the workweek. However, no updates came throughout the week. On Friday, December 6th, I received an invoice from Northside Plumbing, but no communication about the door. I replied that I wouldn’t pay until the door was installed. On Monday, December 9th, I called again, and the representative promised the installer would get back to me. Hours later, the installer called, mostly defending the glass company and stating that he would personally ensure the door was installed by the end of the week. Still, no updates came. On Thursday, December 12th, my husband called the glass company directly, and they promised the glass would be delivered on December 16th, with installation scheduled for December 17th. The glass company arrived on the 17th, but the first door didn’t fit, so they returned to their shop to find a suitable one. By the afternoon, they successfully installed the door. Northside Plumbing never reached out to follow up, leaving us to work directly with the glass company. In total, it took 43 days without a shower and 22 days for the project to complete. What should’ve been a three-day job turned into a month-long ordeal. The only reason the project was finished at all was due to bypassing Northside Plumbing and contacting the glass company directly. Northside Plumbing’s communication was abysmal, and their lack of follow-up was frustrating. While the shower installation itself was flawless, the overall experience was a disaster. Northside Plumbing should reevaluate how they operate because their incompetence, or potential obstruction, was unacceptable.

Everything I've experienced from them in the past is top notch. Apparently ghosting a potential customer is the new thing to do. Dropped off blue prints in person, no contact. Call, leave message, no contact, send message through interwebs.... no contact. Any one home?

Our water heater went out, and we called multiple places for quotes. One company wanted to charge us $100 to come out and 'diagnose' the problem. Multiple companies wouldn't even give us an estimate without first coming to our house, and some gave us a bit of a run around. We knew exactly what needed to be done, and North Side was a straight shooter from the first phone call. They answered our questions, gave us a quote, and got us on the schedule the NEXT DAY! The two men that came to our house were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They will be our first and only phone call next time we need a plumber. I also love that our best option is a local company! Keep doing what you're doing NSP&H!!! In a world of terrible customer service, you are a breath of fresh air!

I had been in search of a plumber since January ‘24. Anyone I called was either “too busy” or just didn’t return my calls. Well Mark and Northside DID return my call. They sent out a gentlemen named Gary to diagnose/assess the problem. I had a giant hole in a cast iron pipe in my 100 year old house! Gary really talked about our options and shared his own stories about being a home owner and having issues. It felt comforting. Fast forward to the other day…we thought when they were sending someone to fix it that it would be someone else. NOPE! It was Gary!! He fixed this giant problem in less than two hours!!! Northside, Mark, and Gary, my family cannot thank you enough for your amazing work and great customer service. 10/10 you have a customer for life!!
