Peterman Brothers was awesome! I had a reverse osmosis system installed under my kitchen sink. From the time I called, they were able to set an appointment within 2 days. The technician that came out was named Josh. He called ahead of time and was here on time. He was very personable and kind. He did a very good job and the install looks very professional. He showed me how to use the system and change the filters. Working with Peterman and Josh was an enjoyable experience!

Called Peterman Bros to replace a broken part in our furnace. Our technician Dan W was amazing - he was kind, upfront and honest with us about what needed to be done with the furnace and gave us plenty of options to choose from so we could decide on a plan that worked with our budget. He also did an amazing job checking in with us and explaining everything throughout the entire process. We’re super happy we decided to contact Peterman and look forward to working with them again!

So like any normal furnace, it waited to act up until it was the coldest weather of the year. And let me tell you, I am beyond pleased with the service I received. This was my first time contacting anyone for my furnace and I was able to make my initial appointment online since it was after hours when I called(Tuesday). I immediately received a confirmation for my appointment. Loved it, too easy. On Thursday, I received a text from the company verifying that 8am was a good time for a technician to come out on Friday. 1. I was happy that they had an opening so quick. 2. I was surprised that they were going to be there so early! Ryan was the technician and he was great. He took his time doing everything that was needed. (Sorry the garage was so cold). That day he cleaned the blower wheel, unfortunately that didn’t completely fix it although it did need a good cleaning. It was still overheating and locking out. Ryan then took a deeper look into it and found issues with the evaporator coil and secondary heat exchanger. Also, he took pictures of everything which was great. He was very patient and was great at explaining what was wrong and what my options were. We scheduled another appointment for him to come back. Ryan came back out today, 1.29, with Dan to finish with the evaporator coil and secondary heat exchanger. Everything was fast and efficient. Ryan and Dan were both great at communication and they even ensured that there was nothing left in the vents from previous installers. I am very pleased with the experience and ease of everything, it definitely helped take some of the stress off. I would highly recommend calling them for any of your problems! Exceeds expectations.
