We were able to schedule a technician promptly to diagnose our central air. Chase was prompt and professional! Explained everything in fantastic detail and had our unit repaired and cleaned up within no time! We will definitely be using them again!

Came out and made so many assumptions about what needed to be done. Immediately tried to upsell my wife on replacing things that were brand new, things I know for a fact don’t need replaced. The guy looked confused about the simple job we were asking him to do. Quoted me a high quote after we convinced him that we only needed done what we had called about. They’re more than happy just to charge you the estimate fee and get out of there when you don’t go for their upsells and upcharges. Then the owner tried to call to convince me that it’s all normal and standard, their procedures. Probably is normal unfortunately, but I’ve already found a different company that has treated me way better at half the cost.

The serviceman fixed our problem but he was very adamant about us replacing our google nest (conveniently with a model they they sold) because it was “garbage” and doesn’t work like a thermostat should. He then tried to lie and say that he adjusted our thermostat settings because it was purposely turning off the system. I had those settings already adjusted and they hadn’t caused a problem for the year we had it but ok sir. He also was 2 hours and 15 minutes late to our appointment. No notification of the delay until we called him (fortunately they called to confirm earlier). Of course they also tried to convince us to go ahead and replace the ac unit. The upside was he did have some suggestions about how we could preserve the life of the machine a little longer so that was nice. I’ve worked with redman before and was pleased but this experience was mediocre. So they will do the job at the right cost but they might annoy you with misleading information and upsells.

Redman was great to work with. They were very prompt in their service and very knowledgeable working on my water heater. The tech was on time and called when he was on his way. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left and cleaned everything up very nicely. I would highly recommend Redman to anyone.

We had a major line issue an we thought we were going to be waiting over the weekend for the repair. Redmans (Don) made a point to get back to us a repair a very old pipe that probably had been a bad for a longtime. It’s fixed an my washer for the first time ever is not backing up into the utility sink. Thank you for fast excellent work !

I initially wrote a bad review about a miscommunication over their membership fee. After it was submitted, Jay, the owner, called me personally to sort things out. He was extremely personable and professional; it was obvious he has a passion to exceed customers' expectations. I'm thankful for a fair resolution, and I will continue to recommend this company.

Charged $150 to push a pole into water softener to release clogged salt. Changed setting. Didn't mind the $90 service call, but $60 labor was excessive. I could definitely have done it myself after the technician kicked the water softener and said that the salt just hasn't fallen.

Installation of the First unit didn't go as planned. I didn't turn on the unit for a week or so after Installation and when I did it didn't work. A tech came out that very night and determined that the unit was bad and he would get a new one from the shop in the morning. The next day I was told they could not locate the driver and the new unit didn't arrive until 3:30 pm but it was installed that night. The air worked fine for a couple of days and last night it quit again. I checked the unit and the line outside was frozen. Called trouble serice and spoke with someone that said a tech would call back with a time for an inspection. I didn't hear from anyone so I called the installer about the situation. He told me he would be here in the morning and that they might have to replace the coil. He along with another tech showed up and the other tech, Chase, found a leak and he stayed here until the unit was up and running. He was very thorough in his tech process and explained the what's, how's and why's. At this point the unit is working. I set the new thermostat at 74 and it kicked off at 76. Reset it at 72 and I have my fingers crossed. Hopefully 3rd visit was the charm.
