I've used Rolf Griffin for years for HVAC service and maintenance. Scheduling appointments is easy, availability is excellent, and their automated systems keep you notified. Technicians will call to give you a heads up when they are close and are extremely friendly, patient, and respectful of your home. If there's ever an issue with a new installation or a service they performed, just a call is all it takes to get them back out at no charge or hassle. Furthermore, technicians are always happy to answer any questions and are very informative. Occasionally they will send a sales associate to your home which I'm usually not fond of but they are NOT pushy. Same with recommended service options - you can always say no without being hassled. Recently I had a brand new furnace, AC unit, and water heater installed and I've been extremely impressed by both the quality of the install and function of the equipment. Shout outs to Cooper my sales associate who has been to my home on multiple occasions who went above and beyond ensuring that payment options were given and correct. To Chuck who is my absolute favorite technician - patient, informative, and a joy to be around. And finally, to Steven Grimm for the beautiful installation work in the photos. Very quick response when my furnace quit working. They came out the next day and Cooper and Justin explained everything that was going on with my 16 year old furnace. Instead of sticking more money into the old one, I decided to purchase a new one. I was very lucky and that they were able to get it installed the same day. Chad and Dylan were out just a few hours later, installed the furnace, new water line, pump and thermostat in just 3.5 hours. These guys are great and treat potential customers like family! We had a new system installed by Chad, Keelan and Dylan, and they were awesome. Clean, polite, and fast! Communication was great, too; they answered all my questions and explained anything I needed to know about the new equipment. It was a great experience all around, and now we have a cool house again!

It was Friday evening and our water heater stopped working. I placed a call to Rolf after evaluating several other companies. I had never worked with Rolf before so was hoping this would be a good experience. I’m happy to report that I give this experience an A+. Joel Acosta got to our house Saturday morning with a smile. He was extremely kind, polite, and most of all knowledgeable. He informed me that our water heater was over ten years old and was not fixable and showed me why. I learned that water heaters need to be serviced like anything else to extend their lives. I never knew that. He gave me a couple options on new water heaters and I decided to get a similar one to what had broken instead of upgrading to more expensive tankless style. He got to work and had it all replaced and functional several hours later. He was a very hard working, respectful man who kept his workspace clean. After Rolf Griffin installed our new furnace (and AC) in the dead of winter a couple years back, I've kept on with the monthly service plan. Today's regularly scheduled visit included a thorough review of the heating system from Chuck, Chase, and David F. Once it was completed, they walked me through everything they tested and inspected and provided some operational tips to keep even heat flowing upstairs and downstairs. Thanks guys!
