Our basement sump pump failed in late December while we were out of town on a family trip in Michigan. We found the entire basement flooded when we got home late on a Sunday night. Our insurance agent gave us a list of three different companies to call about remediation. We chose Ross because they had the best online reviews. We definitely made the right choice. From the late night visit on that Sunday to the next 8 days of water cleanup and remediation, we were very impressed with the entire process. Every single person we dealt with was very clear with communication, expectations, and extremely professional. They did a fantastic job turning a very frustrating situation into a pleasant experience. We definitely give them 5 stars and highly recommend calling them when faced with a similar issue.

Adam and his team did a great job addressing all the issues in our basement. Even though they found more mold and problems than they expected, he didn't charge us for the doubled amount of work they had in clean up. He coordinated with a mold inspector lab to make sure all the mold had been cleaned before leaving the site. We are grateful for their thorough cleaning and excellent customer service.

Highly recommend! Spoke with Adam about my concern for mold in our air ducts. He took the time to take a look at the photos, listen to what happened, and guided me to the proper resources. Very honest and knowledgeable. If we need any restoration work in the future, we will definitely use Ross Cleaning & Restoration.

I had a bathroom water leak which ran down into my basement. There wasn’t much water but evidently it stirred up some existing mold causing my wife to have a severe respiratory reaction. I then had several air quality tests done. None of them showed a significant amount of airborne mold. I happened to read several reviews regarding Ross Restoration and I emailed Adam Ross my air test results. I had no customer relationship with Ross at the time. He looked over the results and suggested I contact Air Solutions for a more comprehensive air quality assessment. I filed an insurance claim and they referred me to a local restoration contractor. After reading reviews on that contractor I decided to go with Ross Restoration. What a good decision that was! Adam Ross came out and reviewed the situation. He actually suggested I could probably perform the work myself and save a lot of money. Since I’m immunocompromised I didn’t want to go that route. He agreed to take on the project. His crew was amazing! They explained what they were going to be doing each step of the way. They were there when they said they would be and were polite and took care to keep the work from affecting the rest of the house. Hopefully I will never need this type of service again but if I do I know I will be contacting Ross Restoration again!

Adam Ross was very helpful. We had some water in our basement and got it dried up ourselves but still wanted Ross to come out and assess any damage we may have missed. Adam didn't try to sell us anything or drum up business for himself. He offered good advice on what he would do if it was his own home. He was kind, compassionate, and quick. Highly recommend!

Not only was she professional and knowledgeable she was also very personable of my situation and worked with me to get exactly what I want.
