Seth and Xavier were both friendly and professional. They worked steadily and kept us apprised of any items of concern. They successfully completed everything that we had requested with regards to three separate toilets in our home. We asked many questions along the way and they patiently and thoroughly answered them all. I would heartily recommend Borchelt"s for your plumbing needs based on this interaction with them.

Yall have been fantastic. New home owners here and they’ve helped us twice now. Once for the water heater and now for the hvac system. Super sweet guys. Cameron was very kind and explained everything as he was going. He even played with my dog while we waited for results. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you guys for all of your help.

Calvin arrived even earlier than expected to give estimate and new HVAC system is installed and warming up the house quickly. Excellent service from Cameron Evans, Jennifer, Kelly?, Greg Hubbard Jacob Duke and his brother, Trevor and Calvin. Very nice gentlemen and the ladies were very sweet on the phone. The two guys that arrived to install my AC unit did a fantastic job. They were on time for the estimate and on time at the install day. Very friendly and did a great job with cleaning up. I received four estimates and WCH was the only company to mention about moving the AC unit 3 feet away from the gas meter.

I’ve had 2 different issues with my furnace over the last year and both times Hayden has been my technician. He’s professional when explaining the problem & answering my questions, which is great! I woke up to no heat & he was at my house in under the hour. Highly recommend Borchelt’s!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My furnace went out and they came out after hours for a decent sized fee (understandable and ok'd). They found out the mother board was fried and replaced it, didn't check anything else or to see why it was fried. Still, ee paid the bill, no problem. Not even 48 hrs later, the furnace went out. We had an appointment for DURNING OFFICE HOURS. They were running late and ended up arriving after hours. They found out there was a small water drip from condensation coming from above and slowly dripping on the mother board, which was what caused the original mother board to go out. They caulked a whole and said that should fix it. They'd give it the weekend to make sure it stayed dry before closing the ticket. Come Monday, we let them know it was dry and received a bill for over $400, which included an after hour charge, DUE TO THEM RUNNING LATE!! And another $200 and some change charge for work done. WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WITH THE ORIGINAL SERVICE BUT THEY FAILED to even take the time to look. After finally getting them to agree to $245, which I still think is ridiculous, I called to pay and they had added another $66 to my bill for interest????? They will through any fee they can at you to milk you for whatever they can. Even if they were at fault. NEVER again will I use this company and never will I recommend them.

They were called out on an failed furnace emergency and arrived within an hour of the call. Total time here was about an hour and a half and had my HVAC system back up and running! Grateful for their prompt help, professionalism, knowledge, and fair pricing.

Called with a furnace outage and we were set to leave town in morning. Came same day and needed a part at business that was closing before they could get there. They were able to get part and get furnace going. I feel they went above and beyond. We needed heat for bird and animals before we could leave. Thank you so much!
