Absolutely stellar company and customer service. I called for a same day appointment and GOT IT within a few hours! The trip charge was very reasonable and then the service tech was very efficient and frank about pricing and what services he would need to perform. He was in and out in 2 hours after unclogging a bathroom sink and completely installing a toilet. I’m was super impressed and will only use this company going forward! Harry was our tech and is highly recommended!

I recently had an outstanding experience with this plumbing company. Their customer service was incredibly helpful. I was quickly scheduled with the next available plumber. He arrived promptly and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated his professionalism and evident passion for his job. Jodi came out for an assessment and spent time explaining necessary costs and function of updates to meet required codes for the water heater installment. Fair, and the best estimates in comparison with other companies I’d checked out. Luke came soon after to begin installment right away. He was very professional, and worked quietly and also very respectful towards me and my home. Completed within a couple hours, no mess or anything. His work looks great too, and back up and running so quick. It was a great experience and I will use Carters and request Luke for any future needs. Thank you

Firstly I wanna state that the service I received was great. Elijah and a couple other guys that I never caught their name were very professional and tried very hard. I had a well issue that I was hoping to be easy, but turned into needing a well pump replaced and a difficult replacement that was. They tried, so I'm appreciative of that. I'm just disappointed that after they replaced a simple filter, a control box, and diagnosed the problem, I was still left without water and charged right at 2,000 dollars. Seems a bit steep to me to still have nothing. If you have any well issues, I would advise to call C and J Well service first hand. These guys aren't fully equipped with the machinery it takes to replace or service a well.

My water heater went out last week and I called Carter’s My Plumber. They came out to provide a FREE estimate which is unheard of these days. Usually you are spending $100 for a service call for someone to spend 5 minutes looking at a broken water heater and telling you have to replace it. Carter’s came out last Friday to install a new tankless water heater. Wes and Ryan did an amazing job. They were extremely professional and left the area very clean. Wes was sure to give me several options on how to run vent lines and plumbing to ensure the work was done to my liking. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We again had great service taking care of our three issues that we requested service on with a call to them at 8pm the prior evening. They showed up shortly after 8am. While talking with the after hours call center she helped me with advice on how to prevent the issues with products and suggested I contact my medical provider for possible financial assistance with a prescription. That was unexpected but appreciated. The service technicians, as two showed up for our three issues, were courteous as usual. I highly recommend their company for plumbing issues. They replaced our water softener last month that was the second time we used them over the last five years. So we have had three great service calls. Unfortunately I have another non emergency issue that I will be having them back for in a few months when Trump/Doges sends out their cost savings check.
