We wish we had known about Bob and his business years ago! He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and fair. He has come to our rescue multiple times and we have been more than satisfied every time. I'd much rather support an independent person with a small business than the others in the area that have so much overhead that they're constantly trying to upsell you and charge exorbitant fees. Jones came in and had my plumbing fixed and running like it was brand new. My toilet, tub, and sink drain has never worked well for over 30 years. Indy Jones is the way to go with prices that can't be beat! Keep up the good work Bob!

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.
