Luke was amazing. He kept me well-informed from the moment he left home until the end of the job. He provided updates on findings and potential cost outlooks several times during his work. I had a leak of unknown origin, and he diligently investigated until he discovered the root cause. He dedicated considerable time to ensuring it was done correctly and verifying his work with pressure and water tests. He also cleaned up all work areas meticulously before leaving.

Service was exceptional!! Cody and Diego went above and beyond replacing our water heater. Fixed a couple of leaky plastic elbows in the lines along with cleaning an aeration filter on a tap for my wife with low water pressure. Not a ding or scratch on our floors or newly painted walls. Answered all our concerns and gave us piece of mind. Referred my neighbor the same day who had their water heater quit. Scheduled for Monday!!! A+++++

Mr. Plumber came to my house today to repair a toilet that was not flushing properly. The toilet would flush, but not stop when the tank was full. John, the plumber, did an excellent job. The toilet now works like new. I am very pleased with the repair. John explained what was needed to repair, and then how it would be repaired, and he researched a stopped up drain. He told me which department was needed to fix. I will use Mr. Plumber for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Late last night we experienced a through the ceiling leak from an upstairs bath. I received a call bright and early this morning to get someone scheduled and an estimate. Technician Chris came out midday figured out what the issue was and all repairs will be completed tomorrow. Upstairs tub/shower cracked 😑 We are very thankful for the fast and efficient service. Thanks Chris!

My technician was Camden. He called to see if he could come earlier as he was in the area which was appreciated and he fixed the sinks in my bathroom that were clogged in a timely fashion. Very nice and did an excellent job of explaining the issue and how he resolved it. I will definitely use Mr Plumber again.

We have been using Mr. Plumber for several years. We have had plumbing work and various other jobs. They have always been courteous, honest and on time. We had a pipe fitting replaced today and the men arrived on time, offered an estimate of cost and got the job finished on time. My wife is happy (and you know the old saying...
