After recieving a text with his picture indicating that he was on his way, he arrived on time and quickly assessed my concern and outlined how he proposed correcting my problem. I was shown a repair estimate prior to initiating repairs. He had the necessary parts in his truck allowing him to complete the repairs quickly.
