This will be my second encounter with this company. The tech Damien Davis was very nice and knowledgeable of the issues I was facing. As soon as my warranty company approved the claim to be fixed, he was out the next day. My unit is working better than before.

Damien did a great job. There'd been a scheduling mishap but he was flexible and made it work. He addressed all our concerns and was thorough. Our only complaint was with the scheduling issue, but since we went through our home warranty company that might be why that happened. Thanks for your hard work, Damien!

If I could give zero stars I would . Now admittedly I am no plumber . I was at work at the time , these hacks come to my house for a clogged kitchen sink ,ok ,,my kitchen sink , the plumber does a walk thro and tells my wife that he needs to pull the upstairs toilet to be able to fix the issue with my kitchen sink .Now again I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer , but isn't sewage and Grey water two separate systems ....why does he need to pull my upstairs toilet ?Then while working on said kitchen sink asks my wife for a bucket and some towels shouldn't a "plumber" have stuff like that on his truck Don't even bother trying to call them all you'll get is voice mail These guys are a joke , don't waste your time or money , complete hacks

Techs did a great job installing my new water heater. It was in a tiny upstairs closet and part of the wall had to be cut away to get the old water heater out and the new one installed. They were neat and efficient. It was a very difficult job with lots of heavy lifting. I highly recommend using 1-800-Plumber + Air.

Had a garbage disposal installed on Thursday 11/09/23. Disposal worked great. On the following Saturday, we noticed the dishwasher was not draining. Pulled out the filter and found glass but that wasn’t the issue. Monday removed the pump and no debris and reattached the pump and still did not drain. Then thought, surely a plumber with so many years of experience would have punched out the plastic piece in the new disposal where the drain line goes. After further investigation that was the reason the dishwasher wasn’t draining. The plastic piece was still on the garbage disposal. It was never removed.

They were professional, respectful of me and my time, and took the time to fix the issue as well as clean up afterwards. They also gave me alternatives to help save money. They did an excellent job. We will use them again.

Where do I begin...Chuck was amazing and continued to come out to our home on 3 separate occasions to assist us in our home. Chuck to his time and diagnosed the problem and ensured after installing our kitchen sink Faucet, sprayer, and garbage disposal it was done properly. We will always use Chuck at 1-800 plummer moving forward for all our house hold needs. Thankyou for tour professionalism and patience.

They were referred by America Home Shield insurance company. At first, they didn't think they could replace my defective water heater with a normal labor charge. But with my urging, they sent in another of their techs, and they determined it could be done for the normal labor charge. They proceeded to put in the extra effort, replaced my defective water heater and now I have a new water heater performing wonderfully. No water leaks, no leaking gas joints, installed professionally which results in a satisfied customer and a positive review.
