Kenneth was out to look over electrical issues and concerns that we had. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He addressed all our questions and concerns, provided 2 estimates for possible future work and educated us in what all was going on. Super appreciate having a good person out to address things. Conner and Gage did a great job with the installation of the new AC Unit. They were quick and efficient with the installation and made sure any questions I had were answered. Very thankful for them!

Wow! Incredible service! Josh is a top-notch electrician. He came to evaluate our whole house ground (which was intact), and we ended up having him install a light and circuit breaker. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly—truly someone you can trust. The pricing was fair, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely call Bassett again!

Matt was great. We had a small laundry list of things we needed taken care of and Matt was able to fix these items very quickly. I was impressed with the honesty and efficiency of our technician. We will call back for future electrical repairs/replacements.

Kenneth did an amazing job going above and beyond to replace our electrical box that melted really late on a Saturday night. He was very informative about the situation and what he was going to do to resolve it. His work was top notch and even though it was very late 3AM when he was done, he cleaned up and took the extra time to walk me through the new panel. He was genuinely concerned about our problem and even though it was late he was willing to get the work done to get our power back on. He wasn’t even scheduled to be call and volunteered to come in to help us out. I very much appreciate his effort and can’t thank him enough! Pricing was fair given that it was a Saturday night emergency situation.

I really was looking forward to developing a relationship with a provider that gave good sound advice reasonably priced . The gentleman that came out they were just fine but it wasn’t a win-win situation for me. I had $.92 plugs put in my wall at $100 apiece and I just had to take it because I didn’t have anybody else to put the plugs in their defence, they did go around and test the outlets with Their meter They cannot duplicate the issue - why so why do I feel screwed over because they went up to Menards and got wall plugs that cost less than a buck. I had to resolve That I am working with people that have their electrician license, but also too I have to understand that the boys in the white box trucks as referred to may also have their license and they’re working independently and maybe just as qualified as the ones in a corporate box I wish that I did not pick Bassett under Pressure and may have the opportunity to ask others independent contractors that can show their license for help maybe I would’ve come out financially different , that’s my truth. Plus, it was explained back to me that I was given a Band-Aid for a problem And just to be clear, I was professionally rebuffed at my displeasure of the cost and having them come out only a week after I initially paid that $400 - just To be clear. I would never agree to a $400 Band-Aid Bass has me messed up with that one. Even though the one guy pointed out that you signed off in the service - what you text and what I signed was just an agreement to the job being done not to the verbiage of a Band-Aid As a temporary fix - It’s not personal it is managing the business of my family finances and not allowing big corporations or small businesses to screw me over just because they can yes btw , I was going to sign up for their monthly service because I really wanted to develop a relationship with this type of business but they gave me the business this time so you can keep your $20 PS they broke my lamp and didn’t tell me So I had to go to Walmart and buy another one Telling the truth and shame of the devil is what I’m doing today
