I started off with five stars because the original technician that came out came very quickly to assess the issue. He was polite and timely. However, it is four days later, and the repair still has not been completed. I’ve taken multiple days off work, and still have no water. When calling to ask dispatch where my technician was, the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly short and rude. You pay a premium with this company because they are 24 hour, I expect a lot more for my money.

Brett was very thorough and was able to fix the water connections for our washer immediately! He informed me of everything he was doing as he went and reviewed every detail at the end. Excellent technician and quick service! Thank you!

Juan and Billy are SUCH PROFESSIONAL men! I cannot say enough about their characters!! ---- MY FAULT I did not cancel in a timely manner and they came anyway. They were extremely professional and understanding about the fact that I had to cancel ----I'm trying to gift card them for their time and effort! I really appreciate them being so kind. The first tech came out and was great. He quickly assessed the situation and had a second tech lined up to come out same day and got the new water heater installed promptly. Both were courteous and friendly and could not have been happier with them. The problem I have is not with the service or the quality, it was the pricing. Per job labor cost made it so my in-warranty (parts only) replacement was $1100 for less than 2 hours of labor. If I need this done again I will be finding someone else to do the work despite how great the techs were who performed the work.

My husband and I unfortunately had an issue with a gas leak in our first home that we discovered in the middle of the night. I called a lot of plumbers who claimed to be 24/7, and Benjamin Franklin was the only company that answered the phone. They were so kind and immediately scheduled an appointment for us the first thing in the morning. Chris M. was SO helpful! He walked us through options and helped us an efficient and quick solution so we could fix the pressure in the pipes and return our heat safely ASAP. His whole team worked so fast and we got our pipes replaced before lunch time! The work was so clean and they even helped us insulate an open window fan in the basement at no cost. Their price was very reasonable for how quick they were and how clean the work looks. Chris even was able to help us with questions after the work was finished. I cannot recommend Chris M. and the entire Benjamin Franklin Plumbing team enough! We will definitely be using them again for future projects. :)

I picked Benjamin Franklin solely based on Google reviews, and I was very pleased with the result. They came out next day to give me an estimate. Toby gave me some great insight into what needed to be fixed and the most cost-effective way to do it. Seth was out the next day And installed two water heaters and a faucet in a timely professional manner. Will use again.

While the technician was professional and courteous, the cost was absolutely criminal. $600 to install a 2" PVC ball valve in line. Simply cut existing PVC pipe and put in plastic ball/stop valve. Unfortunately I was under time pressure due to sale of home, so I was taken advantage of.

He was honest about what work needed to be done and what work did not. He was conscientious of cost and offered us options. The job was done in one day and I'm very satisfied with his service and his professionalism
