Have had Broad Ripple as our heating and A/C for many many years. Always an exceptional customer experience. The technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, efficient and have excellent follow through. I appreciate all the information they share with me but never apply pressure to make additional purchases. They are timely and have on 1 occasion asked if they could reschedule because of others experiencing heating emergencies. I love that, if I was without heat, I would appreciate the company prioritizing my call. It was easy for me to reschedule my maintenance and helped out someone at the same time. David Conrad was my technician today and he was absolutely perfect! Love to have him as my "regular" tech. Thanks for having such a strong dedication to great customer service.

Ira Duncan from BR Heating and cooling did a fabulous job with servicing both my furnace and air conditioning unit today. He was excellent explaining what issues I had. Highly recommend.
