Max was efficient, prompt, and courteous. He installed the pop-up drain, replaced the old rusty metal trap and pipe, and installed a new shut-off valve, replacing the old broken twist knob. Always great service with B&W!

In January, I had services done by Dave, Michael and Alec. I was completely satisfied and happy with all of it. Yesterday, I had services by Randy and Evan. Again-totally happy with the work. All of the guys were very helpful and explained everything that was needed and being done. I really appreciate the people and work done by B&W every time.

Matt came out and replaced a broken hot water heater in 6' inch of snow and very very cold weather. Never complained and did a fantastic job. I love BnW Plumbing!

Dave was awesome as always. Before replacing our main sump pump he thoroughly checked it and the lines out to make certain he couldn't resolve the problem at lesser expense. It was the back up pump he put in 5 years ago that saved our bacon, and we're double protected again!

Randy and his apprentice were sent to investigate a pretty good leak in my plumbing. They very quickly figured out the issue, gave me an estimate, and went to work. They had everything done in less than two hours, much less time than I expected. The price was so much cheaper than I thought it would be. Based on plumbers I had used in the past, I fully expected to pay two to three times more than I did. Based on how excellent their plumbers are, I am planning to use this company for my HVAC issues as well.

Found B&W (Jefferson’s) through a review thread and gave them a call. They were able to send an electrician out within 24 hours, and Eric was excellent. He quickly diagnosed our problems, found a couple of unrelated issues, and got us all squared away very quickly. Eric took the time to explain the how and the why behind electrical decisions, his work was genuinely top-notch. I’ll happily use B&W for electrical work going forward.
