We had to replace all the water lines in a new home we purchased, it was a massive undertaking. We also replaced two 40 gallon water heaters with a new tankless heater. Joe did an excellent job and was very thorough, kind, and professional. The new system in the basement was set up meticulously and looks very orderly and neat, even with a large number of water lines. Communication with Carter’s was very easy and they responded quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend using Carter’s My Plumber for any plumbing projects!

Great timeliness! Got out the same day, within a few hours to replace our water softener. Alex Jones was my plumber. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous! He wanted to make sure we were completely comfortable using our system and knew everything we needed to do to maintain it. He also upgraded our drainage system to be up to code and prevent any back flow of sewage into the unit. He checked every faucet, shower head and toilet after he was done to ensure all were functioning properly.

Harry, the plumber who came out, was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issue clearly and recommended a reliable company to finish the necessary work. Discovered my water heater was leaking and I knew I needed a new one. Called them this morning. Spoke to Erin and she was great - polite, got all the important details, and was able to get someone out very quickly. Mark came out to inspect and go over options. He was extremely knowledgeable and I could easily tell that he was genuine and honest. I had another local company come out and the experience was okay, but I felt more comfortable with Carter's. Prices were competitive, but Carter's warranty and install techniques were quite a bit better. (Think Copper instead of PEX) Paul and Ryan came to install and they were great. Super easy to talk to, and clearly knew what they were doing. From my first call, to install complete, it was 7 hours. Impressive experience through and through. Solid people, great response time, fair pricing, high quality install, and top tier warranty. Thank you all!

Carters always does a great job! Tonya was very informative on the phone and was able to get someone out the same day to work on our frozen pipes on the coldest day of the year. Luke called hours before he was scheduled to come and had an opportunity to get our work done sooner. He was upfront with what to expect and fixed the issue in under an hour. We were impressed with their promptness!

Convenient scheduling. Responsive office (I had to modify the scheduled time and they were easy to contact and work with me). Wes was great! Talked me through everything and answered all my questions. Would use again 100%

Jarred & Josh replaced my water heater in about 3 hours after explaining all of my options & prices. They were prompt, very courteous, answered all of my questions, & cleaned up when they were finished. Had to chuckle when Jarred said, “Ma’am your water heater is older than I am…” Too funny but it put things in perspective & helped me make my decision. Excellent job guys!!!
