Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Victor, and some other fellows came and replaced our old furnace. I gave a couple days to give a review because I wanted to see the results, and well the house is warm again! We had an aging furnace that was working, but has seen it's better days, and still seemed to be working overtime. Back to this opinion of mine, Clean, professional, timely, and like I said, the house is still warm. All while feeling like more than 'Just another customer' Thank you! PS Wouldn't of happened if it weren't for Larry! Not a salesman, a Man! Maybe he sells stuff, but it's nice chatting about life for a bit instead of nice appliances I obviously cannot afford.

I contacted Chapman about a problem with our furnace yesterday morning. Just a little over 24 hours later, they've installed a new furnace and my home is warm again. The service technician, Evan, was timely, professional, and did a great job of explaining exactly what had gone wrong with the old furnace and the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing. Jeff, the consultant, was at my house almost immediately to walk through options for a new furnace. He was helpful and friendly, and the options he gave me were very reasonably priced. Rodney led the install team that came the next day. Again, very timely, professional, friendly and efficient. I've used Chapman for other needs in the past and keep coming back to them for this level of service. Highly recommend!

Tyler called ahead. Arrived on time. Quick to resolve the issue. No mess to clean up after. Very professional and enjoyed talking to him about mine and his dogs. Always nice to have that personal touch. So many companies and service personnel lack that human component. Would highly recommend!

Brendan is absolutely first rate. He was courteous, efficient and professional. I would like him to be assigned from now on when we call Chapman for our plumbing needs. Your dispatcher was less efficient: No advance call 20 minutes prior to arrival and a work order for water filter repair rather than the install I had made very clear when I called to set up the job.

Excellent service! Gage Dean is very knowledgeable and helpful and has the perfect blend of professional and friendly that you want with a service technician. You can tell he cares about his work and that he wants to provide a good customer experience. He patiently answered my many questions and performed the work quickly and efficiently. A live person answered my call at about 8:15 am to report that my furnace was not working and I needed help. That person was thoughtful and said they would give me a call when someone was on the way. About 12:15 pm, Steve rang the door bell, put his booties on, checked the thermostat located in the living room and found it was working perfectly. He was polite and honest that the thermostat was working fine. He then checked the workings of the furnace located in the garage, and discovered the problem. He had a replacement part in his truck and worked diligently to install the replacement. House is getting warmer. It is reason for gratitude for someone with Steve's talent to be willing and able to fix a furnace. With much appreciation, Virginia Kerr

Even though he could not fix the problem the plumber that came to my house was amazing. He was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He tried repeatedly to fix my problem. And he had to give me extremely Bad news which he delivered really well. All while working very late into his evening. I'm. Still not sure if I'll be able to fix my homes plumbing but I thank you for trying.

Keith was very nice and did a great job servicing and assessing our furnace. He was honest and open and we appreciate his service! Highly recommend! Gage was our plumber that came out and he did a great job. Was quick and efficient and very nice!
